Dealer could not figure out why my vehicle was having a parasitic draw and low idle. All along it was a bad starter solenoid and multiple ignition coils having high resistance. Dealer stated it was a bump stop, bcm update and battery. 8 months later update. We are still experiencing ghost repairs. This time totaling 8k+ and nearly 3 months at dealership hounding us for payment as well as being told they will apply storage fees of $125 daily. It was paid off completely. Now it is 16k into truck in 2yrs that sat at dealership. Not even 24 hrs from picking up my truck. I was back at dealership with engine leak coming from thermostat housing, shifting hard and still has rough idle. Repairs done: 4 vct solenoids, oil pan, gasket and oil change, tension kit, brake fluid flush, coolant, radiator and assembly, valve body, transmission oil, valve seals and gaskets. All this is needed for a no start that dealership stated was a transmission code. Not happy at all with the quality of repairs and ghost diagnostics. Have integrity with the name FORD. Having already several attempts to contact Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist on February 7th and on the 13th. I still have not been contacted. I do have my vehicle back from dealership, however there still is an issue. Updating again. March 21, 2025. I waited to post hoping to give ford the opportunity to correct there mistakes but once again I was disappointed. Dealership tried charging me for a coolant leaking T hose. I had my coolant hosing collapsed with the smell of coolant. As well as a sound coming from within the engine. I was forced to leave with my vehicle and told good luck in coming back. There staff Fadi was condescending to my wife and will state what you want to here, not what you should meaning, he is not listening to your concerns but worried more about getting you off the premises. They will ask for review before completing repairs They focus more on car up sales or trade in. They lie on paperwork stating what repairs were explained and (what was denied by customer). No videos of walk around of vehicle they claim to send to you shortly. I never had issues with my vehicle in Bill Curry Ford where it was purchased. I do live by clermont area and is closer. March 22, 2025. After having spoken to both the general manager Mike Sullivan and Fadi Alzeideh. As stated from their general manager (they will still thrive). So I will not return to this dealership especially after the last incident. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay for t hose. Make your own opinion on part leaking. Well they complained about $800.00 they had to eat. I had spent 16k in guessing (Help me balance that out to make sense). I don’t want for free but I don’t want to hand anyone money for guessing. Which is what was told to me at dealership. They will figure it out once it breaks down. Well it broke down and went back more than I have had the vehicle. Please stop trying to convince me to purchase another vehicle. It has lots of miles etc. If a customer is happy with what they are driving, then make the person smile with excellent service. Show you care for what we love and care (customers vehicle). Please stop focusing on trades and sales. I will only give a good review if you do repairs as required and we get the vehicle back in working condition. So please do not ask for a review, it should be done without pressure or guilt. What do you people think of this? Is it a T hose or Y hose?

Unfortunately, I had my first bad experience with a Morgan Auto dealer. I will do my best to summarize my experience. Photos of messages and call logs are attached. I first contacted the dealership on June 16, regarding a Ford Maverick that they had listed on their website. I received multiple emails on that day, stating that a person would be in touch with me, however, nobody ever reached out to me. The next day I received an email from Noel Ruiz, who insisted that they scheduled an appointment with me even though I had never agreed to an appointment. I responded via email stating that I never agreed to an appointment, and ironically, I got a call at the exact same time. Noel never responded to my email, and spoke over me when I mentioned that I didn’t agree to an appointment. Instead he went right on to talk about the truck. He told me the truck wasn’t there, and I settled on negotiating for another truck they had on the lot. As you can see in my photos, I’ve responded to each message. I also screenshot and saved my call log. Toward the end of our talks, they stopped responding. For some reason Noel told me that they tried calling and emailing me, and they surely didn’t. but I don’t know why they would lie about that, especially since I’ve been patient with their response time. Furthermore, Noel called me on Monday and Tuesday of this week, and I answered. We spoke without an issue. The biggest issue I have with Ford of Clermont is that they allowed their Sales Advisor, Noel Ruiz, to call me and berate me over the phone. I spoke calmly and professionally but as my wife witnessed, Noel seemed to become irate and went on to speak with me in an increasingly condescending fashion. My wife asked me not to continue working with them, but I continued trying to make it work for the next few days, until I started receiving messages from Noel Ruiz stating that they’re trying to reach me, but I’m not responding. Lying is a terrible tactic, especially in an industry where people often pay the amount of their annual salary (or more) to purchase a depreciating asset. Unfortunately, after having purchased numerous units from Morgan Auto Group, dating back to 2009, my faith in the Morgan Auto Group is diminishing, and I’ll have to look elsewhere for family and work vehicles. Hopefully the dealership will consider making some positive changes, for their customers, and for their workforce. Best of luck. Update as of 08/17/2024. I have emailed the dealership multiple times requesting that they stop contacting me. I have even blocked their email addresses, and they continue to harass me with spam emails and phone calls. I receive 2-3 emails per week. This dealership continues to prove just how out of touch they are with customers, and it’s really sad. I will be forced to report their dealership with Ford corporate if they continue to harass me. Hopefully management see’s this and steps in to stop the spam.

I purchased a used BMW 430i Convertible in December of 2024. My salesperson was Cameron. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and relied on Cameron's representations of the vehicle. Upon delivery, I found Cameron's representations regarding the vehicle's condition to be fairly accurate, and I was satisfied with the purchase. There were a few minor hiccups along the way with rescheduling the delivery date, and with getting paperwork regarding the warranty, however, these would not have prevented me from leaving a 5 star review. Unfortunately, in February, about 2-2.5 months after purchasing the vehicle, one of the roof strip covers that covers one of the convertible hinges on the roof came off while I was driving, and it was lost. This was unfortunate, but I chalked it up to the risks of purchasing and owning a used vehicle. About a week later, the same cover on the other side of the vehicle came off while my daughters had the vehicle. This time, they were able to recover the cover. It was then that we noticed the cover had been glued onto the vehicle. These covers are supposed to be held on by springs and clips, not adhesive. When my daughters got the car home, I noticed that the springs that were supposed to hold these cover's down had been cut off of the hinges on both sides. It was at this point that I knew someone had done me wrong. I don't know if this was the people at Clermont Ford, or the prior owner, however, it was my understanding that the vehicle went through an inspection before being sold, and this would have been easy to spot had someone done a proper inspection. Cut metal springs and glue holding down these covers should not have gone unnoticed. This is not where the problems end because about a week later, the audio in the entire vehicle went out. At this point the car went to the BMW shop for service, where they informed me that the trunk seal was bad and was letting water into the area under the trunk, which houses the amplifier for the sound system. This water had blown the amplifier. It is unforgivable, from my perspective, that a simple inspection did not reveal that the roof covers had been glued on and the springs cut, obviously to hide the issue, and that the same inspection didn't reveal that a seal was so badly worn that it was letting water pour into the trunk. Clermont Ford has either actively deceived me, or has failed to perform their most basic task of inspecting a used vehicle prior to selling it to the public. I could not be more disappointed in my purchase. This mistake/deception has resulted in almost $2000 out of my pocket to fix the roof covers, over $600 for the trunk seal, and almost $2700 to replace the blown amplified. That's $5300 total on a vehicle I purchased for $22,000. I am happy to accept the risks of purchasing a used vehicle, but this is unacceptable.
