Very very unexpectable , Iām waiting in line and Brittney the coordinator is taking her sweet time talking to the quest in front of me even though they were finished with their purchase. Iām like trying to get out of there because I have places to be. I walked up no smile on the face didnāt say āhelloā than find out I canāt do an exchange ? Iāve never been to 1 retail place that doesnāt do exchanges. Secondly, she gave me attitude and no where on the reciept told me tj max only does return so how is a quest supposed to know? Third, what if I payed with card? Itās gonna take a few business days before I get the money back in order to purchase the item I needed because the purchase I had before to try and make an exchange which is to big. Itās hard enough as it is to make a trip to get this fixed due to work. I got lucky I paid with cash because other wise I would have to come back just to get what I wanted. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot sure if this store is cooperate or not but they have multiple employees standing around doing nothing and the dressing rooms closed instead of just having a tenant sanitize them after use and asking how many garments you are trying on like many other locations in central florida. I finally found something that wasnt a bra or under garment i liked to try on so i slipped the dress over my dress to ensure it would fit. I then was attacked and very rudely told that i had tried on multiple outfits by the store manager named Nancy M(as her tag said) and that wasnt allowed in her store. The way the situation was approached was the most embarrassing and unprofessional manner that any so called manager let alone a person to a person could have handled it. I was treated as a thief and not as a customer as if my money or politeness wasnt welcome. I proceeded to leave my garments i did choose to purchase with my mother and wait outside the store until she was finished after soending a couple hundred at this clermont location. I hope this isnt how they treat all their customers as ive never been so embarrassed at a store or business...

However, I recently had quite an unpleasant experience at the Clermont, Florida TJMaxx location. I approached the register with items to return. I presented my store receipt showing the items to be returned. Everything was fine until the sales associate asked if I had tags for the items. I did not, and from that point forward, the associate repeatedly sighed and frowned over processing my return, raising her voice to confirm that I took the tags off, and asking several times why I was returning the items, even though I had clearly answered that question the first time she asked. I had explained that they did not fit well, but she insisted on asking again "So there was nothing at all wrong with any of these?" I was made to feel very uncomfortable and had to leave the store even though I had intended to stay and shop. I am certain that if merchandise price tags were a requirement to return items for a refund or store credit, this would be clearly stated in the TJMaxx...
