Went there today (August 7th) around 4:30 pm waited on line to checkout about 25 - 30 minutes. Sam the cashier was the only cashier working at the time the manager was in the front saw the line getting longer and longer and didn't decide to open a 2nd register until a customer in front asked her very politely if another cashier can open there were 3 other employees in the front talking to each other while Sam was taking care off customer after customer. The Manager checked out 2 customers then got off the register told another female to take a customer she really just took care off ONE customer and got back off then manager then came back about 10 minutes later. That is sadly poor management especially when there are employees just standing around talking to each other instead off trying to do something to help customers. Again Sam he was amazing felt so...
Read moreWe have a lot of different Ross's in the area. The thing I am noticing about these stores is that they all have an incredibly cluttered appearance. Many of the items are broken before you even have a chance to look at them. On another note here is something that needs to stop; and this location isn't the only one guilty of this. Stop putting security tags through leather items!! I know it seems like these items are worthy of protection, but leather isn't a fabric. It becomes permanently damaged when you pierce it. This seems like it should be obvious for workers who work in retail. But honestly I see it so often, that I almost feel the need to create a special YouTube video just talking about it. Read moreI'm not sure if it's a local thing or corporate. But for some reason ROSS seams more focused on people stealing their merchandise than buying it. You can find multiple loss prevention people at the door or walking around, but there is always only one or two people running the register. And this has been for years so it's not a post pandemic we can't find people problem. I walked the entire store, almost purchased something from the men's department. But looked at line and it was backed up as normal with one register open. And the Customer Service helping with returns. It's sad to walk into a business and have to decide "Is what I'm buying worth the wait in that line?" And unfortunately for them the answer is...
