I wish I could just give no stars! This office has the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and unorganized staff I have ever dealt with! How can you work in the office and tell a client that’s trying to be scheduled, that it’s not an emergency to be seen any time soon and that the only appointment is 2 months away. I had to have a referral sent over 4 times because they never “received” it. As soon as you try to explain or ask questions, you get hung up on or put on hold and nobody ever comes back to the phone. This office is completely out of control. I’m hoping the cardiologists are nothing like the staff here, considering they’re dealing with serious health issues. My blood pressure is now through the roof from just one phone call to that office. Never again will I ever deal with this place. Not to mention, the lady in billing actually said to me that she would have to bill my insurance ahead of time before I can be seen to make sure that the office was going to get paid on time!!!!!...
Read moreI'm giving a one-star review because I can't give a zero-star review. I went to see dr. bilhartz. He told me that I shouldn't look for any more Medical treatments for my debilitating heart condition because all I need to do is find my purpose in life. He gave me a 30-minute lecture about how I can overcome my neurological conditions if I have the will to overcome it. He could not admit that he did not know how to treat my condition, instead he thought I should look into traveling across the country to get stem cell transplants which would not treat my condition. Getting that lecture from him and having to pay for it with no treatment plan put in place makes me wish I could get back the hundreds of dollars that I spent to see him as well as the months I waited to see him. I recommend going to the Texas Heart Institute at Baylor College of Medicine instead. I regret ever going to BCS heart. It's a experience I wouldn't...
Read moreAfter my hospital stay in March 2025 with no help from Dr Miller or Courtney Campbell, it took my oncologist, Dr Erin Fleener as lead to get me admitted and see doctors that were willing to review my records, change my medications and perform more test. Upon my discharge I was told to see my cardiologist in 5-7 days. I called Courtney Campbell and she said she had reviewed my he hospital records and just to keep my previously scheduled appointment which was 5 weeks out. She became very irritated when I questioned that and was insistent I was fine and refused to see me sooner. This office should learn to return other doctor’s phone calls. Kim in the business office needs to learn how to do billing and she should be out of excuses by now. It took well over a year to settle my account. My Ejection Fraction when admitted to the hospital in March was a 10-15. Learn...
