Don’t sell any of your stuff here, major rip off. I got offered 8$ for 6 marvel hardback comics(one of them had a entertainmart sticker for $24.95 from when I bought it a couple months back and it was in perfect condition) and 11 comics in great condition years 1976-1997. A couple of those comics sold for over 100$ Each on eBay. So ya there selection is good cause they are taking advantage of people who need money quickly. Do you really need to keep that much profit ? I would suggest anyone working there to at least offer the dollar amount for how many items there is. 17 total comics= 17$ where the heck did you guys get 8? Cause you know your selling each of these items for AT LEAST 5$….I’ve never wrote a review but I don’t think I’ve ever been this mad. I would love to cuss and tell them what I really think but I would be kicked off this yuppety site so quickly. So thank you entertainmart for wasting two hours of my life to just insult me in the end. I think you know where that 8$ should go?

This place is built like a sweaty stack of pancakes. Came here browsing Christmas presents and ended up leaving with two Funko Pop figures for $30 total. I figured they got them wholesale or something, so I thought returning them would be easy if the person I got them for didn't like them. Well, that ended up happening, and when I went to return them, the associate said he couldn't do anything for me, not even a store credit or to even swap out and told me to read the fine print for "all toys and funko pop figurines sales are final." I get that. But to then look me in the face and tell me you would buy them back for MAYBE $1?!?!?!? You're selling these for $15 a piece, and you're gonna look at me with my receipt in hand and say you'll give me $2 for them total?! This is a scammy, scummy, and apathetic business being run, and your return policy needs to be changed. What are you charging $15 a Funko for anyway?!

EnterainMART is a nostalgic wonderland. Bam! Review finished. My husband and I spent 3 hours in this store! They have thousands of movies (regular DVD, Blu-ray, 4k, family-specific, classic, modern) loads of great deals on them too. They have VHS tapes, CDs, retro gaming, electronics, video games, Pokémon cards, dice games, kids books, adult books, comics, POP figurines… Holy crow the list goes on!!! They are all at great prices too. We bought 2 boxes of Pokémon cards (800 in a box) for a buy 1 get 1 free deal at $25, 14 DVDs (some blu-ray, some regular), and 3 kids books. Our total came out to about $106. Why haven’t we found this place before? We’ve lived here 2.5 years! I highly recommend this store for hobbyist, people into gaming, anyone wanting to bring back memories from their childhood, or even days in the college dorms. Such a cool place. We will be coming back.

Entertainmart is a store filled with almost every movie, video game and CD you can imagine. Granted there are always the few things I go in looking for that I never find, but they tend to have almost everything. Their prices range from being under priced to being extremely over priced. I just bought two brand new movies that had just been released that cost 20 or more at normal stores, and only cost me 12.99 used at Entertainmart. And other times they have movies that are fairly new or several years old that they charge an arm and a leg for. All in all their selection is typically decent, but that being said..

I have been going to Entertainmart since the very day that they opened, and every year the store drops in quality. Unfortunately the entire store looks like it is a war zone with pieces of trash all over the place and dust that has probably been there since the day they opened. The staff is beyond rude. There are only a few people that work there that even seem to know what decent customer service is, most of the people that work there have major attitudes, would rather not give you the time of day and are not very helpful. And most of the employs don't even look like they work there. They don't have much order when it comes to anything in the store. Their buying station has moved so many times since they opened I have lost track, and now they have a line set up that confuses everyone who goes there and instead of changing it or being nice about it they give every customer attitude.

They give you barley any money at all if you try and sell things to them, I know they need to make a profit of their own, but when they rip you off doing it, it isn't worth it. They refuse to buy any disc that is scratched, which seems almost funny considering lots of their own movie selection is scratched. I have even sold movies purchased from them in the past back to them, being that I didn't need them anymore due to upgrading or having more then one copy, and they refuse to buy it back because it is scratched but some how they have no problem selling other scratched merchandise.

They have no care in the world for keeping the place organized. Movies, games, CDs and the like are constantly out of place or left where ever. Their lettering system with their movies makes no sense at all and is almost impossible to find what you are looking for unless you walk up and down every row of movies. They have countless boxes full of thousands of movies and CDs that, while their lettering system is better then the actual movie area itself, is just movies and CDs scattered about and takes more time then most are willing to look through.

Their pricing system makes no sense. Some things are far to over priced and I have no idea where they get their prices from. There are countless items, I have noticed it mostly with video games but their movies have this as well, that have numerous prices. I have found one video game that they have multiple copies of that each copy has a different price. Sometimes they will input in their computer that the item is now the lowest price marked on one of the copies but other times they will make you pay whatever price is on the box.

They constantly lose discs to items they sell, I have tried to buy several things from them that they then come back to me at the counter and tell me they can not find the disc. I have even tried to buy a movie from them that they have several copies of and they can't find a single disc to any of them. The workers have no idea half the time what it is they are looking for when they get discs. I have bought things from them that they give me the wrong discs for, give me less discs then are supposed to be included, and sometimes they don't even know what they have to get discs for and what they don't have to get discs for and they will try to sell me empty boxes and when told it has no discs they give off an attitude before going to get them.

While Entertainmart is one of a kind and is fun to go to occasionally, they need new management, a cleaning crew and employs who...

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 11/10 for the employees working there when they're sober. With that said, this place is just a glorified pawnshop at best. Prices are always higher than market price on cards. I brought in some cards for trade and was informed that they pay 10% of market value. I bring in 2 completely seperate boxes, and the first thing they do is, apparently, shuffle $60-$100 worth of cards into the other box because "they're basically worthless". You heard that right. And when I said something about it, the response is "oh.. oooohh thats why you had the 2 boxes!" And then proceeded to jack my stuff. $400 in cards got me $40 bucks, or $60 in credit. I traded them nearly 2000 cards, over 150 that were worth some real money, and when i left the store, they wouldn't even trade me for a box of 1000 of their bullsh** new common throwaway cards. the owner or whomever runs that place is a greedy SOB and it disgusts me to see them taking advantage of our memories, passions, and for some, our lives. Remember searching for like 3 weeks for an n64 or SNES so you could play some old nostalgic games with friends... finally you find a nice deal... 100 bucks for a few old games, a consol, and 2 controllers? Remember when you tried to bring that to entertainmart? Remember when your heart sank when they told you... "we can offer 12 for the system, the games don't really add any value" and then they hand you a gift certificate for 18 bucks "to use on anything in the store!". As you're browsing, you catch a glimpse of 007: Goldeneye... selling for OVER $20?!?!.. they aren't your friends. They are here to take every little bit they can from you and hide behind "store policy" like every other company out there. Yeah you'll find the occasional starwars novel or FRIENDS poster, but if you're smart you'd just as well pay for good internet connection and watch/listen to all their stuff for free online. Genuinely surprised to still see customers walking in at all. I definitely would NOT recommend...

I normally don't go to EntertainMart much, but I used to go a lot when I was younger. My phone was busted and I was waiting for a replacement phone that was to come in the mail in a few days. I went into the cell phone department to look for a temporary replacement and was immediately greeted by Thomas who asked if I needed assistance. I told him that I needed to find a Sprint phone, and their selection was what I was looking for essentially a loan phone for about a week. Thomas was very helpful and friendly towards me and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware of the return policy for my unique situation. He was also extremely knowledgeable on the different carriers of phones and how to spare me from going to Sprint and pay an activation fee by trying out my SIM card in a number of phones. Unfortunately none of them synced up and found my network, which is no fault of his own, and he even took the time to look up information for me on his phone to find information online to try to figure out why it wasn't locating my SIM card. At the end when I had lost a little hope and was willing to wait a few days for my new phone through the mail, he asked and hard closed me on making a purchase decision right now. WOW. I have worked in sales for over half of my life and I was super impressed with this to help make his store money. I ended up waiting because I didn't want to have to deal with Sprint that day. He wasn't very old, and he had professionalism and a willingness to help that is very rare to see anywhere when it comes to retail locations. I only wish more employees in the store had the same attitude and helpfulness that this young man showed me. If you need to find a phone for any carrier, go see Thomas and he will...
