Experience at Epicenter — Attraction in Colorado Springs

The incredible and attentive team have made leasing an apartment here so easy, efficient, and exciting! Shout out to Jen, Heidi, Hope, and Grayson for making me feel welcome and part of a community from day one.

I fell in love with the vision that Weidner has for the area—creating a “village” around their buildings. The buildings are mixed-zoning where the first floor is available to businesses and the upper floors are for residents. I love this idea and it gives me UK vibes where the ice cream shop or the barber is just below; so convenient!

The building itself is very stylish and luxurious. I am so excited to move into my 1bed with a den that oversees the soccer field! There were no quality-control issues whatsoever in my unit, which I cannot say for other apartment complexes. The finishes and chosen colors/lights/fans all make sense and nothing clashes. It really feels like the building and units were very thoughtfully designed.

When I did my move-in orientation, the soccer stadium was doing sound tests for the game a few days later. At first I was concerned with potential sound pollution, but because of the chosen insulation and windows, I could barely hear the sound tests. I had to really focus on them. It is apparent that sound pollution will be a non-issue.

The amenities look great so far as well! Updated and sleek. The pool area is very private so no public gawking eyes or passersby. I can’t wait for the two-story gym to be completed!
