Went there for the first time today. Will never go back. This post is in no way reflective of the service as our server and the hostess were both incredibly polite and professional. It's more with the place in general. We wanted to try the golf simulator. At first, $49.00 for an hour on the golf simulator seemed really reasonable. However, after we started playing, it quickly became apparent that it is far far to expensive. It was incredibly inaccurate, didn't register all the shots, had weird glitches, and ended up being far more irritating than enjoyable. For example, you could hit the ball center screen off the drive and it would register the ball as going 154mph, the ball is clearly in the air, but the ball would only travel a distance 110 yards. We ordered the "Pretzel Nachos" which were honestly the best experience there at being okay, and a basket of fries. The fries were $10.00 and are pictured below next to my hand. I do not have large hands. The food was insanely overpriced for the amount and quality.

Celebrated a birthday here. They had their holiday pop up which was fun and enlightening. Huge screen tv great for sports. Outdoor area which is great during the hotter months. However if they had some heaters out there and lights it would have been entertaining. Didn’t get a chance to check out the indoor golf area due to a private party Got some good photos with the Christmas tree and other photo props with reindeer and sleigh. The round table area was nice for my kids to sit and enjoy their dinner. The once section was accommodating for friends and family to have their own table but still feel like you are together. The wings were super salty and I wouldn’t order the train wreck Twinkies again. Didn’t really like the texture or the taste of the green chili But that’s ok I didn’t like it someone else may enjoy them. There was no rush in our time there since it was a Tuesday and it was very very cold out that night.

First time here - super disappointed! We sat at bar on a Saturday mid afternoon. We ordered drinks and food. Food was very good, drinks ok… had to ask for water 2xs. the issue we had was that we were never checked in on from that point on. There were at least 3 people behind the bar and almost a dozen servers. We were only people sitting at bar and we had empty cocktails and food plates in front of us for at least 15 mins. We wanted to order another drink… but didn’t due to being totally ignored. The bartenders never made eye contact. We had to call out to them to get our check. They were more interested talking to each other and the waitstaff. We also were sitting right next to service bar so impossible to miss us unless you were trying. It was not very busy so no excuse. Still tipped but didn’t feel great about the experience.

THIS PLACE IS A TRAINWRECK

I’ve tried to give this place a chance 3 times, and each time they were terrible. I don’t entirely understand their process but from the outside looking in the service is SUBPAR, the parking options are limited for what they expect their crowd to expand to.

The bar manager was really friendly and opened our tab (after checking ID’s), but we had another bar tender come around when we went to get our second drink and refused to serve ME without giving her MY ID a second time. I already had a tab open, with alcohol on it. She didn’t ID my friend a 2nd time but she ID’d ME. I’ve never once in my life been ID’d at a bar on multiple occasions when I already had a tab open, even during shift changes, even at busy bars. No where. I asked her why she’s asking for my ID when I already have a tab open and her response was “because I didn’t serve you” SHE DIDN’T SERVE MY FRIEND EITHER BUT DIDN’T ASK FOR HER ID????

Did I magically become underage after you guys served me my first drink? Absolutely ridiculous. If that’s your process when I clearly already have an alcoholic beverage in my hand, maybe revisit the integrity of your employees rather than inconveniencing the customer.

This same bartender who refused to serve Me without seeing MY ID a second time asked me //Before asking for ID// are you wanting another drink?” I responded “yes” and she walked away. ??? How about you say “I’ll be right with you” because she cut me off right when I said “I’ll get..” by just walking away.

This place is exactly what its title is. A TRAINWRECK. Don’t even get me started on their staff lacking awareness. Their layout is so tight you’re destined to get bumped into at least once at this place (even if there’s less than 15 people in the entire place), and it’s usually by the staff who can’t step to the side to let a customer through. Or they’re standing in the middle of the walkway watching the football game, so unimpressed by this.

ALSO they put a $25 hold on your card just to open a tab. This isn’t some exclusive club. This is literally a mid bar with awful service. They also do not disclose that they’re putting a hold on your card, they just do it. Put up a sign, verbally disclose you’re putting a hold on the card, because NEVER have I EVER had a hold charge put on my card by some MID BAR just to OPEN a tab. I spent $1 more than the charge put on my card. If I would’ve known they were going to put a charge on my card just to OPEN a tab I would’ve just paid for both rounds individually. That probably would’ve avoided me giving your bartender a $0 tip for being the way she was. I could’ve given the bar manager a tip at the minimum (unless you crowd share tips. Which you should probably stop doing if you do that, because some of your bar employees are awful)

The restrooms? What even was that idea??

Do not go here and have expectations, because if you DO expect anything above being treated like a nuisance— you will be surely disappointed.

Shout out to the bar manager for actually being a decent, self aware individual tho. Sorry I had to leave this bad review. They need to give you a raise for dealing with this type...

The place itself is pretty neat, but we will never return. The whole experience started out ok, the waiter was friendly (there was barely any other people at this point) and he got our drinks and food order. Before our food came out, our waiter came back and said that he was leaving and we needed to basically payout the check. So we did (looking back on it, this was really weird). After that, it took a while for us to get our food, and when we did, we were missing one of our sides (just some regular fries). We immediately told the new waiter that brought us our food and he said he would bring it right out. We were almost completely done with our food. By the time we finally, we're able to catch the attention of any other server and again asked about the fries. I also had to ask for a drink since I never got a refill (we were about an hour and at this point). It took a while, but she finally came back probably ten minutes later with the fries and the drink. I just want to say that the whole thing seemed to have annoyed her. When we were done, we had some leftovers and wanted a Togo box, but had to wave down another server. Honestly, it was ridiculous how hard it was to get any form of service, and we typically like to leave a cash tip.Since I know how hard the service industry can be, but I was so disappointed with how we were treated. Funny thing is, our original server was still hanging around and talking with a bunch of the other servers in the back for at least an hour after he told us he was leaving. The food itself was okay, but nothing special. We got the ribs which tasted good, but they meat was pretty dry... we also got some of the buffalo chicken wings, i do have to say.The buffalo sauce wasn't spicy at all and tasted more like a barbecue sauce. The mac and cheese had good flavor but lacked sauce and got cold almost immediately after it was set down. The fries that we finally got were limp and oily... I'm just disappointed we wasted our time and money on this place. The atmosphere was cool and had a lot of potential, but the service was absolutely horrible. I'd say they're named appropriately, because it was an absolute train wreck of...

I gave 3 stars strictly for environment and the giant TV. Ill be back to hit happy hour or maybe Sunday games. However, the money I spent, vs the quality of service and portions received definitely fell short of expectations. The bar is very spacious but there is not much communication as far as who is taking care of what guest. This made ordering extremely difficult. The first Bartender I tried ordering something from their menu and he said he had no idea what that was. I felt nervous asking bartenders for anything because it seemed like they were annoyed when spoken too. One in particular I could definitely tell did not like her job. She was rolling her eyes at coworkers throughout the night. Definitely eat before coming because food is pricey and the portions are very small and unsatiating, despite them saying they changed food prices due to complaints. I had a chicken and waffle (it was delicious) I feel like I shouldn't still be hungry after eating a $14 plate. (I'm usually one who can never finish food and has to take home a box so this was funny to me, but now i know better for the future) Taco Buses are more filling for about 30% less than what they're charging here. Dominoes 2 or more 5.99 carryout is more filling and a better deal than what we ate tonight. I was going to give 4 stars but the fact that you went through another user's profile on a previous review in order to point out that they're " a tough guest to please" definitely left a worse taste in my mouth, its just really unprofessional. There are many times I've wanted to tell guests things but refrained because that's not the professional thing to do. Please work on your PR, you attract more flies with honey. Good environment but definitely eat and pregame before coming in. Definitely don't ask your bartenders for too much because they'll get annoyed. The only reason I'd come back is for that screen. I will not be back for the food. Well drinks are $5 so there's a plus. And I anticipate a roast from this company's social media team after this review so sorry but this is how I honestly felt about...
