First & Main Town Center — Attraction in Colorado Springs

Shared parking, many things you have to drive from one to the other! It's not a mall! Everything in 1st and Main is difficult to see from the road and there is a road that goes around it and the speed limit is like 12.3 miles an hour something similar to that that is ridiculous... How are you supposed to know if you are going however many miles per hour and with a decimal point? And the parking is horrible around the movie theater there are far too few parking places for handicapped people in the front given there are more parking places further away but the point of having a handicap placard and the reason that you get it is difficulty walking more than x number of feet... So to make it be all the way around the corner or leave the person climbing up and over the median with rocks and trees which for many people with disabilities is also difficult... And if you do manage to get a good handicap parking place-it will take a significant amount of time to get out of that parking place because as most movie theaters work when one group is leaving another group is coming so it's very poorly designed and very difficult so work was particularly if you cannot walk a large distance...

In addition to the movie theater it is also difficult to park and other places or other stores as well depending on time of day and all of that... My biggest pet peeve besides not being able to park somewhere that allows me to store while I'm in the store is that it doesn't matter if you're coming from the north side of town or the South side of town it is very difficult to be able to see what stores are in which section so if you don't have GPS to tell you where to go you can get stuck in the wrong section and go all the way around that little road with the stupid speed limit - it is so frustrating I don't typically use this shopping center for anything other than Chick-fil-A and there was a restaurant that is no longer there call Johnny Carino's that I would go for also however at this point with the sit-down restaurant being closed and they're being a closer Chick-fil-A to me... Unless I have a child that wants to go or that theater is the only one with a movie time that works then I would go there other than that I would go to the...

When did 30+ minutes of big screen commercials start playing at IMAX? If I am going to pay extra for an IMAX movie could Cinemark at least cut out SOME OF THEM, like it use to be?? I know, it will never happen. But the real problems were HOW LOUD THE SOUND IS AND WAS! if you are not deaf before you walk in, you will be after the movie! Geez you guys what is that all about? I heard Hugh Grant (fabulous ompalumpa in WONKA, say the same thing in an interview) so it happens in all cineMARK movies??? So is this some kind of marketing plan? Ain't working for me🤨 and WHY IS IT SO COLD IN THE IMAX THEATRE? ! I won't go to this theater anymore. Yes, only 2 miles from my home, but not worth the torture That I PAID FOR!!! I will gladly give my money to any other theater in town. Not worth the frigging IMAX EXPERIENCE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS THEATER?? and do not respond that I can have free passes, do not want them. Like they would read this review...

This property is the best shopping center in Colorado Springs. They are even getting a car wash, hotel and an Xfinity store there. Please take your time to enjoy the relaxing environment this shopping center gives and be sure to visit the restaurants. The fountain has lights in front of the iMax, however it is a full functioning fountain in the summer in which all Chemicals are checked 3 times a day for the safety of those who partake. The Christmas lights are in the trees at the park that gives a sort of ambiance you wont forget. There are plenty of stores allocated throughout the property and stores around it that compliment it. They take care to pay close attention to minor details in order to keep this 5 star facility, 5 star! Let me know if you visit and enjoy your time, just comment...
