Food: pretty good. Got the P2 rare which tasted good but more on the neutral side of flavor. The Thai Tea was amazing. Service: could be more attentive. We seated ourselves and the waiter’s first stop at our table was maybe ten minutes after we sat down, asking us if we were ready to order. And then, we were given the check before we were half way finished with the food. When we went up to pay the check, it took them a few minutes to acknowledge us standing at the desk. Atmosphere: quiet. Good place for conversation over a meal. Location: busy. Parking lot outside can be crazy!

The interior has tables far enough for space but close enough to feel like a cozy restaurant. We spent about $10-13 per person. The servings were a steal for the price. This was my first experience with vietnamese food and it was delicious! The egg rolls had a nice crispy outside and they were the best I've had. The waitress was super nice and patient with my indecisiveness. She suggested i get the steak pho and it was amazing. We're thinking about coming back again before we leave Colorado! Definitely will travel all the way from Chicago for this place! 10/10

If you come here do not get Pho! This place was really cute and was a good dining environment, but if you are going to call your self Pho & Grill, at least learn how to make a traditional and good tasting Pho. The Pho was very bland yet sour, and the balance of flavors was not there. They lacked in noodles and seemed very watered down. That’s what my wife got and I got a noodle bowl and it was actually quite tasty, but still not that great. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for a good Vietnamese restraint.

As much as it hurts me to compose a negative review, I hope that this will find the attention of management in order to make the changes necessary to satisfy future customers. On the day of this review, I was invited by a friend to come to this restaurant to enjoy a nice bowl of pho as he and some of his friends were already currently dining at the restaurant. As I arrived, I was not greeted which was fine, and I decided to take a seat alongside my friends. I sat socializing with friends for about 10 minutes waiting to order, no server came to take my order. I eventually was able to make eye contact with a server to get his attention and politely waved him over to place my order. The server was nice, proceeded to take my order, and went back to the kitchen. I began socializing with friends and slowly started to realize the other guests around me had been receiving their food while I was waiting for what turned out to be over 20 minutes. My friends had all finished their food and I remained patient. After a total of 30 minutes had elapsed, I decided to walk to the front and inform the staff that I would stay out of respect for the food preparation if they had begun preparing my food as it was busy, but if they had forgot my order as I was suspecting, that I would leave the restaurant. As they were finding out what happened the original waiter that took my order then asked me, "Would you like to order?" At this point I thanked the staff for their time and walked out of the restaurant, hungry.

I want to see this place successful as it is a great location with what seemed to be very delicious looking food, but their customer service is in need of drastic improvement. I will not be returning to this restaurant as there are many comperable restaurants near the area that value...

A cozy place to get a nice lunch. Their pho is a savory broth, if you prefer a saltier broth. My favorite dish is the Eggroll Noodle bowl, 4 crispy eggrolls atop a bed of vermicelli rice noodles and underneath that is a small bed of julienne cucumbers, bean sprouts, and cilantro. Whats so special about these egg rolls? Instead of flour wanton wrappers, they use rice paper which gives it a crispier outer layer and a chewy inner layer. YOU HAVE to try it out! Kinda wish they didn't add taro shreds but I get it, it retains moisture while deep frying. If you remember Saigon Springs on Academy(RIP) these are the closest egg roll style from that restaurant.

Same advice I give on most of my reviews. Stick to the basics, get the Pho and Noodle Bowl. But DON'T get the shrimp noodle bowl. They don't marinade their shrimp, when I order the combination noodle bowl the shrimp is just grilled with no flavor. So anyone hoping to get something marinated in a Vietnam lemongrass sauce while grilling will sorely be disappointed. As a matter of fact I don't think their beef, chicken, or pork is marinated in anything. It may be seasoned but you don't taste any significant flavor that stands out. Its a shame because, can you imagine introducing Colorado to lemongrass? A very under...

As a self-proclaimed pho enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover Pho Grill, a quaint Vietnamese restaurant nestled in the heart of the city near the center point. My recent visit was a delightful experience that left me craving for more. The cozy and unassuming atmosphere was laid-back relaxing

Ah, the food! I ordered the classic Pho raw beef, and let me tell you, it was love at first sip. The rich, savory broth was flavorful and rich, with a depth that can only come from a long-simmered stock. The tender beef slices, rice noodles, and fresh herbs all combined in perfect harmony. I also tried a few bites of the crispy and flavorful spring rolls, which made for a delightful appetizer. Their spring are star for me

Highlights:

• Authentic, rich, and delicious pho broth • Generous portions with fresh and tender ingredients • Friendly and attentive service

Lowlights:

• Not a lot of dessert options to round off the meal

In conclusion, Pho Grill truly delivered on its promise of authentic Vietnamese flavors and a comforting...
