Buchroeders Jewelers — Attraction in Columbia Township

This place is a slice of old southern charm and class right here in Central Missouri. My review refers to two pairs of princess studs- a smaller one and some 1ct. I traded the first for the second with a bit extra and got my original sale price!!!! It’s like buying a Toyota ( I work there ;). )

This program is so successful that I am close to picking up a larger set that will be it for life. They are slightly over display size and IICR were made just for me. I understood there’d be some time between payment and receipt.

Seth apparently just did it so when I invariably said yes with 24 hrs (I contacted him, after all) he had already begun the process. This speaks of knowing your customer and anticipating both needs and wants. High level service on display. I am not a wealthy man, and the purchase not insignificant, yet Seth correctly assessed the situation and acted in all of our best interests. Plus I know him IRL and he is a hoot. I miss his long hair, but don’t we all? I know that lion with Alopecia who has a custom Lindenbusch wig was accepted back into the pride and immediately took to it like a horse to water. ;). I kid, but no matter who you are, this is the store to buy well above store quality diamonds are store quality prices. They may have an as to this effect.

I am so confident in Seth Lindenbusch and the rest of the staff that I am already leaving this review before even seeing my purchase. Diamond clarity is always always extremely high. Store is inviting and parking is a cinch

For anyone on the fence about where to go for fine jewelry, do yourself a favor and go to Buchroeders. I recently lost my diamond out of my wedding ring and happened to be in Columbia the following day for a meeting. I stopped by Buchroeders and Adam showed me some comparable diamonds to what I had in my set. I picked one out, and my ring would be done in a couple of days. Later that evening when I was putting away dishes and picked up a soup ladle, guess what fell on the floor. Yes my diamond that fell out of my ring! I couldn't believe it! I called Adam and this was past regular business hours to see if I could stop work on the the replacement and they had already finished it prior to closing. I was thoroughly impressed that they finished it so quickly. When I returned with my original diamond it was discovered that it wasn't the size indicated on the paperwork the large chain store where we purchased it. Also if you have homeowners insurance on your jewelry they won't allow you to use who you trust to fix/replace your jewelry. You will have to deal with a company that mails you whatever they decide to send you back so its cheaper for the insurance company. My husband has always spoken highly of his experience buying my engagement ring at Buchroeders. Over the last 3 years, we have been back there together to make several more purchases. We aren't the biggest spenders. We usually walk in with a pretty modest budget for what we're looking for. Every time, I walk out feeling like Mills and his team has taken of us. We bought our wedding bands and a watch for the best man with some of their amazing promotions (definitely give them a current mailing address!). The jeweler has cleaned my rings on random days when we were walking downtown or when I knew I was attending a special event and wanted them to sparkle. I sometimes worry that it's a hassle for them, but they always greet the request with a smile. That's a lot of good history - enough to give them an excellent review, but today made me sit down and write it up. I looked down on my way to work and noticed that one of the small diamonds in my wedding band had fallen out. My husband and I walked in to Buchroeder's after work to get an estimate on the repair. Mills simply took my ring and replaced the diamond for free. In 10 minutes I walked out with my ring good as new.
