Good food, BUT DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. I was using the app to make orders for pickup and it just kept getting worse with each order. The last straw for me was when I ordered on the App it looked like there was virtually no wait time, and my order would be ready in 4 minutes, perfect. But I can only assume app orders at this location are scanned complete as soon as they are received to keep up with metrics and have the ready time appear to be quick. But that is far from the case. I ordered Nothing but a chicken quesadilla, and I showed up about 3 minutes after the app said it would be ready. It was not ready, nor were 3 other app users orders when I arrived. I proceeded to wait more than 20 minutes before my order was completed and handed to me, all while watching people come in, order in the line and leave with with food before my order was even started. Never got an apology or any acknowledgement that my order took a longer than normal or should have to complete. So I suggest ordering in person at this location, or...
Read moreWhy is it every time I come to Pancheros and ask one of the workers to wash their hands, they want to argue with me about it. Understand that they could get a person sick and this is not the first time this has hppenen. Asking one to wash their hands makes customers feel secure the food that is there is not cross contaminated. Theyy have to wash their hands and they make such a big a big deal about it. Next time, I'll just jump the counter and make my own food; at least I know that my hands are clean, and I don't have to worry about arguing about service safe procedures. It doesn't take that much time to wash your hands, put gloves on; but your employees would rather stand there to argue with a customer about it. What happened to customer service or common courtesy??? I hope I don't get sick in 2 weeks with noro virus... If I do then I know where it came from; your cross...
Read moreWe first had a tossed burrito (the fillings are placed on the tortilla then tossed to blend rather than having clumps of bean, meat, cheese, etc) in Los Angeles at a restaurant called FreeBird. We mentioned it to friends who said the same thing is done at Panchero's, so we kept it in mind for when we needed a fast food meal. The restaurant is located in the strip mall near McDonald's in what locals may remember as Biscayne Mall. I have no idea what they call it now, but it is conveniently located and parking was not an issue. It was quiet inside when we arrived, a bit after the lunch rush, and we walked right up to the counter. The staff was friendly, helped us make our selections, and prepared the burritos right in front of us. The result was delicious, and we enjoyed a huge, filling burrito with every bite containing...
