Be warned if you get your food delivered when you order through this company they bump your order last when they know it's a delivery which means you wait way more time to get your food not to mention it increases the likelihood of receiving cold food they also have a tendency to operate under the policy that they don't fix the food until the delivery driver gets there, but they will mark ready for pickup which gives the impression that the food is ready to be picked up to the delivery driver when they're supposed to mark order confirmed which lets the delivery of the driver know that the food is being fixed another words their employees tend to lie about this so they will Mark order ready for pickup but really the food is far from being ready in our experience about 30 minutes wait time so if you're looking to get something to eat expediently this might not be the place...

I had been standing there for about 3 minutes bother ignoring me before I call to get their attention. Only after I call out 2 times does one acknowledge me but only says were closed.
I ask what does he mean. He said it's the two of them so they are closing early to clean up and be done in time. I was a little upset but I have worked similar jobs so kind of understand. I was going to leave it alone until I looked online and saw that they close at 8. An hr and half from now. That is what makes me upset. If youre short staffed you stay late to clean. Extremely rude employees. Hayley (THE store manager) wanted me to wait in long line and went on a rant about drivers not showing up for pickups and I was just going to have to wait and basically blew me off completely. I wish these establishments would keep in mind that it's THEIR customers ordering the food. We're just delivering it.
