This GameStop is truly the best GameStop I have ever been to. The store may be small, but it has a comforting atmosphere and almost never feels cramped. In most cases, it is very simple to find what you are looking for here and it never feels messy or unorganized. The best part is the employees (especially Jennifer and the owner, Bryon) because many times they have impressed me many times by doing the best they can to make sure I get the best deal and make as easy and quick as possible(They even remember me and my sisters name). Also, they have a pre ordering process that is much easier than stores like Target or Best Buy because instead of making me use a credit card or buy a gift card, I can just say what I want to pre-order, give them my phone number and address(and they may remember that info if you come often), and pay what I need to pay and you can even pay off that pre order gradually unlike other stores. They may have some ridiculous policy's (like that you can't use their powerup reward points on gift cards), but I think the outstanding customer service and their comfortable environment keeps my experience a 5 star and keep in mind this is a review for this store, not GameStop as a whole. Overall this GameStop receives a Medal of Honor because of the many amazing experiences I have had here and would recommend this place to anyone shopping for video games or anything...

Tried to preorder a PS5 for 3 weeks and despite going there at opening multiple times when told they would never take my preorder. The first time I was told they only got 12 systems and they somehow got sold before the store even opened that day. The 2nd time I was told it was 1st come, 1st served so got to the mall at 9am and was 5rh in line..I was given a ticket and told there were only 8. Waited until 3pm until buying a giftcard at the managers recommendation so he could put in the preorder when able. Got called the next day and said they arent getting PS5s and I can be put on a list. Now I dont even have the gift card or a PS5. Ridiculous. Go...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience at this GameStop. We bought a refurbished xbox 360 and it had serious issues. It obviously had not been refurbished correctly. This was not this individual GameStop's fault but how they handled our return was. We originally were going to swap it out for a new one at this store, but decided against it after the service we received. The woman that handled our return was blatantly rude. She said that "they really don't care" about the game cases being broken when being sold, she said it was "her problem, not ours" with an attitude when we asked for a return instead of an exchange, and just generally had a terrible attitude. We will not be returning to this GameStop...
