Goddess Maintenance Co. in DSW Dublin — Attraction in Columbus

My maid of honor booked my bridal party appointments at this location and was told upon booking (by phone call) that we would be able to change what type of service we receive as she was not sure what everyone would need. When we arrived we were told that we could not get gel extensions because it was not what we had booked for, but as the bride extensions were necessary. We told the staff that I would have to go somewhere else, and the told us they had to charge the card anyways.(and were rude about it) They mistakingly charged my card for all three services and then after they “refunded it” (my credit card says otherwise) they over charged the other girls. Would NOT recommend and will make sure no one I’m associated with goes to this location.

Now I see they replied so I am going back and editing to say that the ONLY person I have spoken to was the associates in the nail bar and I personally have had NO communication with this “manager” or “director” nor have I ever communicated with anyone before or since I showed up at the nail bar on 9/27. I booked a nail appointment here for my mom for this upcoming Friday over 2 weeks ago because she’s going on vacation the very next day. I didn’t choose a specific technician because it would have been her first time getting her nails done at all and I know these places fill up quick if you don’t book in advance. I just got a text saying that my nail technician had a death in the family and they have to cancel. The fact that the technician can’t come in is fine- it makes sense. But why couldn’t they find a replacement? It’s literally two days before her appointment they expect us to find another nail salon to go too? I did see online that the salon in Polaris had an opening at a random time so I just booked that for her because we literally have no other place to go too. Basically the point is even if you book an appointment here way in advance don’t actually expect that you’ll be seen. We have to go to the Polaris location because we are stranded at this time but will not...

From Taylor to Mallory to Brinlee...I have never had a bad experience here and I come to this location at least once a month! I keep coming back because of the high quality care and work that goes in to each service, the clean and beautiful ambiance of the salon, and the top notch customer service.

It should be noted that not only do the artists/nail techs/hostess do an amazing job—the manager is top notch. I recently had a gel manicure that did not last—it was so strange, almost as if something was wrong will the product itself. I came back the next week and without question or conversation I was immediately offered the gel mani (Jean) service for free. They really do guarantee their work!
