World Market — Attraction in Columbus

It's one of my favorite places. They had a nice sale today. We stopped there for the Japanese grill, but they didn't have one, we saw it a few months back, but they advised us to look online. The store attendant was very nice and so was the cashier, I believe her name was Jane. I will definitely be back next week they had so many items that I wanted. I can't say enough good things about Cost Plus World Market.

Every single experience there has been pleasant. Everything from the awesome selection of interesting items to the ridiculously courteous and conscientious staff is perfect.

Today, I had some issues with an offer. In short, there was miscommunication on how the offer worked. The cashier showed empathy and got the manager who made it right. It's amazing that a big brick and mortar place like this still cares about little customers like me.

Inwas so excited to do some Christmas shopping today and then when it came to checkout the cashier was very unpleasant. Through glass I was still asked to adjust my mask, which I had on and should never be asked if had proper customer service training. Then because of the glass she drops my bag of purchased items on the floor and looks at me. Doesn't bother to help me or say sorry. Please corporate train your employees with better...
