My daughter's father and I visited this location last night after doing some Christmas shopping around 11pm. Much like the other comments, when we pulled up to the drive-thru we were told "we aren't taking orders" with no explanation. So we pull to the window to see about compromising with our order, unsure if they were all out of beef or whatever. So of course, as others has mentioned, they refused to address us. Therefore we pulled off and go to the Target. My daughter's father called the restaurant and they told him their systems were down and to come back in 10-mins. So we return well over 10-mins, as we pull up to the speaker we hear the employees speaking however they again refuse to address us. We pull up to the window, once again, we beep the horn to get their attention and time and time again the refuse to address us. We sit in the drive-thru a good 15mins, next thing we know we are being pulled out of our car at gun point by CPD. There were at least 8 police officers with their guns out and a helicopter flying above us. Once CPD seen that we were harmless, they advised us the employees inside had called them and told them we were attempting to rob them. Simply all because they did not want to serve any food. CPD was not happy with the employees once they got everything figured out. These employees wasted tax payer dollars as well as resources. The officers were really friendly, but they could have been responding to an actual crime. These employees took 8 officers off of the street only because they did not want to address us. I have contacted the store manager this AM and advised her of the incident, when she wanted to debate with me on who was working late last night. There were 2 TEENAGE girls working in a restaurant alone at midnight, which is in the police report. This situation could have ended so much differently with what is going on in society today. Thank God we had good officers responding to this call and not...
Read moreWas willing to give this location another try after previously having a not-so-friendly experience here a year ago, and boy oh boy, do I regret it! Where to begin?
Website says the location is open for Drive-Thru, Delivery and DINE-IN. I placed my order through the app as I was leaving work from a place nearby. I walked up here, I didn't drive. My ride wouldn't be for another half hour. On the app, the options for receiving my order were Drive-Thru and Grab'n'Go, I selected the latter.
When I get there, is their lobby open? NOPE! Doors are locked! So, I'm forced to sit outside on the curb in the parking lot for half an hour to wait or my ride to get here. As I'm not about to embarrass myself by WALKING up to a DRIVE-THRU window, where I certainly would've been figuratively told to pound sand.
When my ride finally gets here, we pull around to the drive-thru, and we ask why their lobby is locked. "There's only a few of us here." the lady at the window says. Yes, and it takes a minimum of ONE of you to operate the lobby! Unacceptable! But my troubles don't end there.
As my order had been sitting there for half an hour, it was obviously no longer hot, the bag was excessively taped shut, and the juices from the meat in my Chalupa had bled a hole through not only its wrapper, but the bag too! So, I'm left with a soggy, room temperature order where the only thing I actually enjoyed was my Mountain Dew: Baja Blast.
So yeah, NEVER going to this location again, I'll stick with the location just over at Worthington Park Center, they've been alright recently.
And don't even get me started on the location just over on North...
Read moreSo I’m gonna start off by saying that this place is probably the new trend in America and by that I mean self serve.
When you pull up to the facility it’s like every other Taco Bell in the chain pretty nicely maintain looking in a nice area looks like it’s a pretty new store all in all. When you walk in once again it’s a smaller store but nice but you do notice glaring you in the face the self-serve kiosk. Yes Taco Bell is doing as McDonald’s has done with the self-serve kiosk.
So we went through the process of the kiosk ordering which wasn’t terrible but then later my daughter went back to get an additional cheesy rollup as she ordered from the person at the counter and they couldn’t get that order right they gave her a to go order of cheese.
But something that struck me as terrible was the bathrooms. If you go in the men’s restroom to wash your hands before you eat be prepared it’s gonna smell like a porta potty on a hot summer day at a rock concert outside.
You can see from the pictures the overall look seems to be from like the 50s kind of 60s but the smell definitely will affect your appetite.
Oh no I would give this a fair but not good experience and we won’t be back.
There is no way that anybody that works at this place that ever goes into service the restroom does not notice the overwhelming urine stench this is just an example of quietly quitting culture of...
