update: 3/15. on 3/2 Tim finally called me back (ironically after i has posted this review) and offered me certificates for free entreeās for the cashiers accident. I gave him my address and he repeated it back to me so I could be sure it was correct. But here I sit 13 days later, with no certificates that were promised and no resolution to my problem, and most importantly no new debit card as of yet. Thank you Tim; your establishment is a joke.
1 star for customer service but if I could I would give 0 if I could. and honestly I donāt know if the workers or management is worse. I had given my card to a friend to pick up our lunches, and as she went to pay she handed the cashier, Ally, my card. She was distracted talking to her coworkers and was fidgeting with the card. Somehow she managed to snap my card in half all the way down to the chip. She apologized but after she had said āReally?ā she copped an attitude. Later on that day I called the manager, (Tim? Tom? Heās the so called āmanagerā) to tell him my complaints as I have to replace my card from a credit union in Colorado, as I am just a student in college. I explained the situation and he said that he would talk to Ally and give me a call back within an hour. Fast forward to a week later, and no call, so I gave him a call Wednesday. He said Ally claimed the card was already broken before I gave it to her (who would try to use a broken card? not to mention I just got a new one in December before returning to college in January so I know it was not broken or even cracked) I told him that and he said he would review cameras and then give me a call back once again, within the hour. itās now Friday and he has not called. I donāt know what is worse, the lying and negligence from the cashier or the negligence and stupidity from the manager. Either way their overpriced rice bowls will no longer be bought by myself or anyone I know. Thank you Tim/Tom and Ally for ruining my bibibop experience and leaving me without a debit card...

Iāve always loved the food and staff here (theyāre great, absolutely top notch) BUT I find the online ordering experience extremely irritating and would like to see it fixed. I just spent 35 minutes trying to place on online order.
If I try to reorder a previous order and then change to delivery, if just gets stuck loading. Which means that if you want to place a delivery order, you have to start the order from scratch. This is the same online or on the web. Chipotle would never!
Also there is inconsistency throughout the app. Sometimes it lets you indicate extras of ingredients. Other times it doesnāt. So random.
Iām sure a lot of people who order from you are busy trying to grab a bite to eat during short breaks at work. We donāt have all of our lunch break to set up a delivery order that should take 2 minutes to complete. If the goal is healthy positive vibes, the mark is being missed if every time I try to use the app, I feel 10x more frustrated than before I chose to order Bibibop and 10x more annoyed that I wasted so much time trying to navigate a horrible app. I imagine youāre losing orders if others arenāt as patient. The goal should be to let me place an order as quickly as possible. Not sure if you need a better IT department staff or to use a different ordering platform, but whatever it is youāre majorly missing the mark on offering a seamless ordering experience. Definitely the worst app among fast casual places Iāve ordered from online in Columbus.
In the end, I ordered on DoorDash. More expensive but at least it gets the job done in 2 minutes instead of 42. Tsk. Tsk. But since I wasted so much time on the app today, it will be arriving to me after my lunch break ends....

I bought 2 bowls and only got 1, so i canceled because i didn't know if they would believe me when i reached out to tell them. I asked if my dasher could go back and get the 2nd one but she said i have to cancel and call bibibop directly, i tried reaching out to bibibop but there was no way to reach them, i was furious because i had used a bibibop gift card and cant call my bank for that. UPDATE: Bibibop saw my review and reached out, even though it was late last night(i was still up btw bcos i was hungry) they made sure they issued a refund to my app and apologized for everything and also called this morning to follow up and apologized again. That is what i call 5-star customer service. Mistakes happen with orders,i wasn't angry about the mistake, i was just upset because couldn't reach anyone to help solve my problem and send out my order. i am happy that they reached out and resolved my issue.
