The Rudest most inconsiderate, judgemental racist store Ive ever had to deal with in my life! After me and my girlfriend walked in the store, the first step we took, the manager walks up does a circle around us looking at us up and down head to toe scanning are every detail. Than we take literally 5 more steps and we watch the manager tell security to follow us. While we were trying to look at the display security than did circles around us staring at us the entire time not once or twice but multiple laps around us. At this point I've been in the store all of 2 minutes and I'm already extremely uncomfortable but I stay because the whole purpose of my trip to this store was to buy my mom a birthday present. So as we than proceed to walk around the store looking for a good birthday present, various employees start following us the whole time not saying a word to us but instead giving us the Rudest looks. After we get about halfway through the store Ive had enough and I tell my girlfriend I don't want to purchase anything from this store so please just lets buy the one or two small things we can't get anywhere else, put back the other few items I had in my cart and proceed to the check stands to pay. As we stand in the checkstand line, one security guard dressed in uniform and one undercover security guard stand by the door watching are every movement the entire time. I'm beyond frustrated at this point so I tell my girlfriend I need to go get some air I'm going outside, I do so and not 30 seconds after I'm outside the manager comes up and says I'm going to need to take that cart. (The cart that had already been sitting outside along with many others, that I happen to set my bag and coat down in as I waited for my girlfriend.. I'm now at this point in complete shock and disbelief that this is happening but never the less I begin to take my belongings out of the cart and she than says so are you waiting for your ride or something. Like I had been outside the store for hours bugging the customers or something in the most rude condescending tone I've ever had someone speak to me in my life. I looked at her and said I just walked out of the store are you kidding me right now, wow. She says yup we'll have a great day in the Rudest possible way and takes the cart from me and walks inside. As she walked in another customer was walking out with yet another cart but not one word was said to her just me. The hobby lobby corporation and company as a whole should be down right ashamed and embarrassed by what this store did to me today. I will never again shop at any hobby lobby store, I will make sure no one I associate with shops there and I will share my experience with as many people as I possibly can to detour them away from this company. And until the manager and security team at this store are repermended for there actions and held accountable for their behavior I intend to be the biggest thorn in there side because today in the year 2025 this is highly unacceptable behavior of a customer service employee and I will not tolerate it. . Even though it shouldn't matter in today's day and age I think it's necessary to fully understand the story to inform people that I am a 32 year old black woman who also happens to be a lesbian. Does it all make sense now?...
Read moreIt's heartbreaking and sad for me my 3 years old daughter left her 14inch red Mickey Mouse at the store, I called in the same day she lost it and said if they happen to see it, please help me keep it, I will come back to pickup or find it, she was crying at night that day and couldn't sleep. Two days later I came in to find it. Asked store manager and another store associates, they said they saw it on the chair display area in front of the store, if I dont see it there, someone must have picked it up or store associates picked it up and put it in the Mickey stuff animal area in the right corner of the store. They helped me look at the chair display area that was very nice of them, it was not there so I went to the Mickey stuff area to see if someone put it back there, I circled around for 15-20mins and couldn't find it. I went back to the front and about to leave, I asked the store helper again if she's sure that she saw a red Mickey one on the chair, not a pink one, she said yes it was red. Then I told her, I looked around the store and couldn't find Mickey, if you see...(right at this moment she just left me right there when I didn't even finish what I was about to say to her. I was confused and sad and had a lot of questions in my mind, like why? was I annoying her? why she's not willing to help? Why she chose to ignore? I was not rude or demanding why she walked away? If you think it's just a Mickey and she already told me "someone must've picked it up" so I should giveup and go home, you should wonder why I am sad and writing this review. The reason is my daughter has lost her Mickey once at the airport, I paid $40 so lost and found department could mail it home for me when they found it, my daughter was sad and dreadful the whole trip, Mickey is like her friend she brought Mickey everywhere. I couldn't find her the same 14inch size Mickey because it's sold out everywhere, we literally search all the website but couldn't find one to buy, we gave her smaller or bigger one she doesn't want it because it's not her right friend. Later, luckily I found one that is 14inch on Facebook market place and she was so happy, it's like her friend is back, she once again carried Mickey everywhere and lost it at Hobby Lobby. That's why I was trying to get help, I was trying to ask if one of their employees happen to spot it somewhere in the store, please keep it safe because I come to store very often and I will sure checkin with them if they found one. It was just it, but she just ignored me and walked away. It's sad. Please have a lost and found box in your office and get their info when you find it you let them know. It's just a box and a phonecall. Will not cost you much or waste your time. Kindness gesture will...

I recently found a painting in storage that my little sister, (now-deceased), had brought back for me from her trip to Egypt in winter of 2001. Twenty years later, the papyrus painting was still bright and beautiful, and in the same plastic frame I had hung it in on my college apartment walls. I immediately decided it deserved a better home, and looked up local framing options. I've never been into a HL, but they had a good reviews (better than Michaels, which was my first instinct) so I drove the large piece of art in its ugly black-rimmed frame down to their store and hauled it inside. I was warmly greeted by more than one employee and then directed to the framing department, where Drew helped me pick out a custom frame and matting colors for the double border. I was actually in a hurry and he was super efficient and really kind and helpful with the suggestions he made. I probably over-emphasized the importance of the level of care I wanted taken with this picture that only has sentimental value at this point, and he calmed and assured me of the quality of work and level of professionalism they take with all art they receive for framing. He told me it might take a couple of weeks, so I called to check in on day #13, and was told it would be ready the next day. Yayy!! However, Paco (maybe that was his name?) called me back shortly after and said I could come in and pick it up; that he had finished the backing and hanger for me since he knew I was excited. I rushed into the store with my boyfriend, and we found a beautifully finished project! Better than I expected. The museum glass I picked is worth the extra money! The price at the register was incorrect though, and I didn't catch it until just now, writing this review. The 40 x 23 custom frame with Sage Advice and Dark Purple matting and museum glass was supposed to be $304.21, but the final invoice I was handed gave me a 50% discount on the custom frame (this discount is their store policy for all custom frames), bringing the total to $247.87, but I was charged the full price. But honestly, each interaction I've had with employees there has been great, so hopefully it was be resolved when I give them a call tomorrow. Very happy with the service and product I received!
I can't believe I'd never been into this store until recently. Awesome spot for decorations and crafts. I had previously only been into the location on Clayton Road, and this one is so much nicer! They also have a huge room of floral items, and all kinds of deals on seasonal and holiday products. Danielle was the friendly cashier at the register who rang up my 4th of July decorations! (Which were on sale......
