Steve's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Concord

Love Hallmark however my visit was truly dissapointing. The cashier didn't offer to check for my rewards or offer the seal for my cards however, the lady in front of me got the full service. I stayed back to hear the next interaction and it was completely different then mine where she just wanted me out from what it seems like. Not sure if it's because of my ethnicity and the other two were Caucasian but nonetheless, it was dissapointing to have to experience that. I would much rather go elsewhere then to feel unwelcomed here. I understand it's measly a sticker and rewards, the bigger picture is the service and the feeling that I have to subject to a different type of service...

Tried to return merchandise bought the day before without a receipt 30 minutes before closing (because they did not give me one and I forgot to ask). The young teenage girl kept saying she cannot give me store credit. It clearly states on their website that store credit can be given without a receipt. I asked her to call her manager. She spoke to her manager for 5 minutes then hung up and stated she cannot do it without a receipt. I lost my cool and raised my voice. She yelled back. Very poor customer service. I walked out and do not intend to shop...
