S20 ultra, had my backlight suddenly go out. Decided to eat the cost to get a quick repair done $210 pretax for the lcd screen to be swapped. My glass back used to be blue from when I bought the phone originally, but after repair my phone back is now black. Thought it was weird that I saw her swapping my camera, battery etc to a new back but she had said something about my motherboard having a crack in it. I figured I must've agreed to her swapping more parts out when I was on the phone and decided it wasn't worth the fight.

Asked her about it and she said she didn't swap the back and that they don't, I watched her do it. After asking her about it she just kept saying that the IMEI number was the same and started getting aggressive about it anytime I tried addressing it.

So now she has all OEM Samsung parts and I have fake parts. The glass doesn't fit on the replacement backing that she supposedly didn't replace. (Didn't know blue suddenly could turn to black but here we are.) The glass is half responsive, but enough to work until I get a new phone. There's pixelstion all throughout the glass, and it tries to turn half the screen off randomly. The "cracked motherboard" would be the result of the fake/broken back she swapped mine for, my pen used to work and now doesn't register.

Tldr; Dont come here its a scam and they steal your stuff. Some of the 5 stars might be real but I wish I had read the 1 stars before coming here, was just in a hurry to get my phone working before hubby went out of town. Live and learn.
