In short - great value for clean, quiet room conveniently located near 45N and Beltway. Excellent choice for daily or extended stay if you need to stay in this area. I give it 5 stars for overall value for what I needed.

I recently got job in Houston in this area and needed a reasonably priced place to stay close to Greenspoint Mall. After trying several offerings in the area and dealing with 25- to 35-minute commutes to work, noisy/scary patrons and spotty service, I chose this business based on several factors:

1. Convenience - 10 minutes to my work near Greenspoint Mall (regardless of traffic), several decent places to eat (Chilis, Starbucks, Pho noodles, Jalisco mexican food, Wendy's, etc) and shop (Best Buy, Wal Mart, Ross, Fry's, Academy, etc) within walking and short drive distance. Sam's Suds laundromat on Veteran's Memorial Dr. (within a few miles) offers clean new facility for laundry self-service, or excellent 75-cent per pound same or next day wash and fold service.

2. Safe and quiet - Management is on-site 24 hrs x 7 days and is very engaged in ensuring a nice stay. The Inn is located in a quiet little area on the West side of 45N just South of the Beltway between an NTB and an insurance business. They are out of the way of the noisier attractions and activity on the East side of 45N. The parking lot is fully fenced, and all traffic in and out of the inn passes through the portico attached to the management office.

3. Value - I just needed a quiet, clean room at a reasonable price - was not looking for over-priced amenities and luxury that I can't afford and don't have time to use/enjoy. This is hands-down the best deal in the area with excellent nightly, weekly and monthly rates. They provide basic coffee and pastries, bananas and apples in lobby for breakfast if all you need is a quick bite on way to work, or the Jalisco's within walking distance offers breakfast tacos (under $2) or breakfast plate ($3.49) if you want a more substantial breakfast.

4. Service - Management does repairs and maintenance promptly and responded immediately to any service request I had. Friendly and efficient front-desk handled reservations and...

The vibe here is great, just on your drive up the driveway you’ll see rows of beautifully lined palm trees that give you that resort vibe in its own private nook away from the freeway. Both Dhaval and the front desk staff will instantly make you feel at home. The parking lot is spacious, and upon entering your room you’ll notice it’s much larger than average, freshly cleaned, with a couch, chair table workspace, microwave, fridge, big mirrors, storage cabinets, you name it. You might be expecting smaller but no, this is like having your own studio apartment.. And what’s even better is that unlike apartments , this comes with a big beautiful LG TV, huge selection of cable tv and fast wifi.., I used my ps5 to play helldivers 2 online with no lag at all here. And it’s right at a good location, Chili’s a parking lot away, and a couple minutes drive away for shopping such as Walmart academy Best Buy and more! I stayed at other hotels in Houston and at this price range..and if you know you know but it beats everything in the area, including hotels almost twice the price such as heights house.. definitely consider this instead if you’ve been there or anything in that price range. It’s better in every way while saving you money. If there’s any mistake, don’t be quick to judge because the staff are human doing their best and will gladly immediately fix it and accommodate you. Just remember be respectful and communicate and you’ll get all that and more back! That’s how it was for me. I’m not kidding when I say if you need a cozy , welcoming home or retreat, whether for weekend or longer...
