Food was okay. Ordered for a take out family dinner and had 8 rices boxes and a bunch of teas and smoothies. Spent about $100. There are better options nearby. Com thit nuong: rice was dry and meat was thinly sliced so it overcooked and dry. Bo luc lac was also dry. I think their Louetta location has better food so they need to work on quality control at this second location. That said, the pho most likely is decent given this is a pho establishment. My biggest complaint is the milk tea. It is absurdly sweet and the brown sugar boba in milk tea that I ordered have a gelatinous texture that tastes and feels nothing like boba. Regardless, I couldn’t drink more than a few sips before giving up. I know some places make tea sweeter than others but at this place, no amount of added water or ice could salvage it. It tastes straight up like the syrup Starbucks adds to Frappuccino or coffee to flavor it. Or take a flat can of Coke and dump a cup of sugar in it and you’re there. We ate the food but $30ish worth of drinks was dumped. If it’s the same owners as the louetta location, they can do better.

The food was great and came out very fast. Hardly any wait time. The egg rolls were perfect, crunchy, but not hard. For our water drinkers, this water does not taste like tap water (thank god). The Vietnamese style coffee had more of a bitter after taste than I was expecting. I didn't really like it, but that's a personal preference. The strawberry lemonade was a much better choice.... though I tried to order with mint and received it without the mint. The Thai tea tasted like any other Thai tea. It isn't a super pricey place, but we did order 3 drinks, 2 pho, and the egg rolls. Price came out to a bit over $50, which was about $25 per person. I preferred the egg rolls to the pho and personally prefer the pho at pho town. The pho here is still good, just another personal preference. The egg rolls here are better, though. And the strawberry lemonade is definitely worth it 👌

This review is for our last visit. Please take in mind that this restaurant has great tasting food BUT...we arrived today and the power was out in the whole shopping center therefore they had the doors open. We were eating our food and witnessed a roach on our table. It then crawled to the next table over. My friend informed the waitress of the roach that we saw and she said that it was because the doors were open due to not having power. Then the waitress decided to look at my friend as if she was in the wrong. She then proceeded to walk away and bus a totally different table and did nothing to rectify the issue of the roach chilling on the table. We then went to pay and she did not acknowledge us as customers who they were just recently serving but as if we just walked in and asked "Can I help you?" I am writing this review in hopes that the owner will see this and realize the kind of staff that is serving their customers. If they wont acknowledge a roach we pointed out to them then who is to say there aren't any others in the kitchen. We have not encountered rude service from this establishment until today. Hate to say this is our last time...
