Check around before using this company. You get charged extra for holidays (there is nothing in my contract that says that), there are hidden fees (they will tell you there are none), and their prices are a lot higher than other answering services. You will pay through the nose to cut ties with them. Their customer service is awful. Our customers would wait on hold for long periods of time and when they did answer, they were hard to understand and the call service didn't seem to know what they were supposed to do (even with a written script). I'm sure we lost more than a few jobs because of this. AMTI was once a preferred vendor for our Franchise but they lost that status and now I know why. Edit to AMTI's response: My review stands. There were more than a few occasions that the call service did a lousy job. When we called to find out why, the same excuses were used; we are in a storm situation, we are understaffed, etc. My contract, that I signed in or around 2017 has nothing about the 30 day cancellation. The $61.38 prorated fee was not for actual calls. We had already changed to another approved vendor. It was for their multiple fees and holiday fees (yes, you pay extra for holidays).
