I was directed by Jamie a ATT employee (Manager) that had helped me several months ago with my Dad's phone. Jamie has great positive refreshing customer service. Last week my cell phone started to have a issue with ads taking over my phone. I contacted ATT technical help but was not able to fix my phone issue. I then remembered Jamie ,so I contacted him about my issue he then directed me the new ATT store a few minutes from my home. I was to ask for Shanay the new store manager. As soon as I entered the store it was great positive customer service. Shanay was aware of my phone issue. I handed her my phone ,she did her great magical knowledge and my phone was fixed in matter of minutes. I was so happy and much appreciative. We talked for a few minutes informing me of new phones forth coming. I had a great positive experience...

An employee named Sybille refused to help me when I went there to upgrade my phone I asked him why he said and I quote "because I said so". I said I will be calling ur manger he said he didn't care he's not goin to do anything anyway I said I'll call his manger then he said "he won't do anything either and I'll tell him that to his face". I have never been treated like this and I have been goin to att security mall for YEARS. He needs to be fired because if that's how u treat customers u clearly don't care...

Even worse, we've had to fight with customer service to get credits on our account that we were told we'd get. Even WORSE, since we returned a watch that Shanay sold us on (and said we could return within 14 days with no penalties, so we did on day 10), we've apparently voided the phone return and now have barely recieved half the total we were supposed to receive for a fully functional cell phone.
