Atlanta Coliseum — Attraction in Duluth

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Was there last night for Luke Combes (Green Solo Cup Party) to find out there's tons of parking at the mall yet they charge $10 to be 50 feet closer. Gotta make money somehow, they don't so it on beverages.... We waited in as upper long line for 110 minutes (gf's Uber made that easy to reference) only to get to a point we could see over a ridge seeing the rest of the line. Based on how far we went in line and had to go, it would have been another 60-90 before we got in. After various Facebook posts, not only are many others extremely discontent with the situation but even the people who got in said that lines to get a drink exceeded 30 minutes and the bathroom lines were even worse. All in all, this was the most poorly run venue I've ever been to and that's from someone who's attend well over 400 concerts since I've been keeping track. Wasting 2 tickets isn't even a concern at this point. Horrible, HORRIBLE venue management. I'll never attend a show here for anyone until management reaches out to correct the situation.

Consider this a warning if you're debating on attending a show hear. From the talk I heard while in line from others lead me to believe this situation isn't a limited instance. I wish someone would have posted this so...

Completely unorganized venue, we purchased seats at a table beforehand but there was no distinction as to which line we had to be in. When we finally reached the point our ticket was to be scanned the said we were in the wrong line, we had to wait on the side in an already tight stairwell for one of the ushers to get us the wristbands to enter the venue.

The price gauging was crazy too. $17 dollar mixed drinks for 5oz cups. The bottled water was the worst, $5 for a Costco water bottle, the whole case of 36 bottles at Costco is barely that price.

To the owner, do better! You have a beautiful venue here but at least put in the effort to make the entrance more organized and if you have any respect for your customers, be considerate of concession pricing.

For those going there is a cash only charge for parking, ours was $20 which honestly was...

Went here for the NYE show 2024. I live close by and had never heard of this venue before. I had a great time! Security was present, but not intrusive. The staff was very kind and helpful. Getting through the front line didn't take long. There are plenty of bathrooms and places to stand to see the stage. It was an EDM show and the sound quality was great for that. The only complaint I have is waiting a long time in the line for drinks at a mini bar, but when we got close I noticed that the woman serving didn't have any pour spouts.. so she was slowly pouring each shot/drink into a jigger straight from the bottle trying not to spill. I'd suggest having equipment to make this easier, especially if inexperienced staff will be stepping in to pour drinks on busy nights. Drink prices are high.
