Iāve gone to a few classes at this location and my overall experience has been good, but just not great. I love the classes and the class studio, but itās so hard to get into a class. Iām waitlisted nearly every time and thereās a 50/50 chance that Iāll get in. Also Iāve found that on the app it will say Iām out of credits when Iām not. For example, I was waitlisted for a class, didnāt get it, so I try to book a class for the following week (which Iām also waitlisted for). Even after that original class that I signed up for is over, it still says I donāt have class credits and I end up buying another just to get on yet another waitlist.
I also had an experience this morning where I finally got into an 8am class. I was running late, but luckily thereās plenty of street parking early in the morning. I paid for my parking and noticed that there was a group standing outside of the studio at 8:03am. We waited, and people started leaving around 8:15 since they knew we wouldnāt be having the full 50min class. I stayed since I paid for parking for the hour, I might as well wait until someone shows up to see what happens with my credit and make sure I donāt get charged. I walked around, got coffee, and still at around 8:30 no one was at the studio so I left.
I didnāt get charged with a cancellation fee and luckily my class credit is working on the app. I will be back of course, but having a class cancellation with no email or anything was not an enjoyable experience. Especially when Iāve been trying to get into a class for a month. They always say the hardest part is showing up, which it is and I did that, but it sucked that the instructor or someone couldnāt do the same when itās literally their job to do so.
Lastly, Iām not a fan of the lack of transparency with pricing. I wish it was just on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere are pros and cons to this location.
Pros - is the Pilates itself. This was a fantastic exercise program post rotator cuff and bicep tendon repair.
The instructors are all very nice.
Cons - it is extremely difficult to book classes. Upon joining, it took me 3 weeks to get into a class I wanted. I joined classes more advanced that I was not ready for the first couple weeks. I expressed my frustration and the desk said they would have a manager call me, which never happened. At $259/mth, I wasted 1/2 that already.
Parking - they offer and hour free parking in front but spaces are limited. I did read from comments below they validated parking but no one ever informed me of that.
Limited weekend classes. No Saturday evening classes and no Sunday afternoon/evening classes available.
Space constrained area to prepare - there is a small corner with cubby holes and flimsy cheap cube drawers to place your belongings- the ending class and beginning classes are constantly bottle necked.
If you travel for work, know that you can freeze membership a month at a time but will not freeze less than a month.
There is a 3 month commitment you must sign, after the 3 months I inquired about the 8 classes a month vs the unlimited knowing my work schedule is not ideal for this club's offerings. I was informed that prices are going up and the 8 classes a month is almost the current unlimited price. I spoke to woman at desk and informed her that I may consider canceling. She told me if I do, to do before my anniversary date. I emailed today and found out there is a 30 day notice I must give. If I don't there is a $100 charge.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf youāre looking for a really good workout and higher level Pilates, this is not the place to be. Itās okay for beginners, but once you reach a certain level I recommend finding another studio with instructors who actually care about form and teaching.
I have been going for nearly four months and every sculpt and flow class is the same movements every time. The instructors are reading off a sheet during every class, and there is never any āflowā actually built because of this.
To add to the mediocre workout, the cancellation policy is extremely rigid for the user, but not the CP team. You get charged if you donāt cancel 12 hours before class. But if you are on the waitlist they can notify you that you are in the class 2 hours before, and if you donāt show or cancel you lose the credit, even if you get the notification at 5am when most people are sleeping (with my package, thatās $28 lost!). They try to frame this policy as one that is āmeant to provide a more seamless and convenient booking experience, and not meant to work against you,ā but there has yet to be an instance where this has been convenient for me or others.
If you are looking for experienced instructors and a studio that genuinely cares about your experience, I suggest joining a studio that isnāt a massive chain like Club Pilates which has lost sight of what pilates practice and studios should...
