I assure you that if you buy here you will lose your money, I want to tell you that these pieces of furniture are beautiful, you can see them and they look super nice, but the reality is that they have very poor quality. I bought some furniture 7 months ago that cost me 5 thousand dollars, they told me it was one of the best pieces of furniture, tremendous quality of material. LIES and more LIES , the furniture is on all the edges breaking everything and we hardly use them . when I realized it I thought there would be no problem to fix it or change it because it was in my guarantee within the year that they say they give you. Tremendous bad service by El Dorado, they did not want to cover me or the repair of the furniture, they say that I have to pay 340 dollars so that they can fix it that the guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and that my furniture is breaking due to use that I give him, woww they are tremendous !!! imagine a piece of furniture that is 7 months old and they tell you that it is breaking due to the use that I give it for 7 months!!! Not even the cheapest piece of furniture would happen to what is happening to these pieces of furniture in such a short time. Imagine to the point of not wanting to cover a piece of furniture that is breaking due to its poor quality and they tell me no, I have to take responsibility for the expenses. That piece of furniture a year from now is useless and I'm going to have to throw it away. It's horrible to buy such an expensive thing and not be able to use it because everything breaks. Read moreOn 11/14/2024 I purchased furniture from your store, and I was supposed to receive the furniture before Thanksgiving so I can have the furniture for my Thanksgiving celebration in my home. Unfortunately, I didn’t I receive the complete order as promised on 11/19/2024. I received an incomplete set of the couch, 4 pieces instead of a 5 piece set. I missed hours of work, I had to rearrange my work schedule several times and miss more work because it took them four deliveries for them to get the order right. Every time they would come to the delivery, the piece was incorrect and it would not fit. I had an employee from the Wellington store called me, Scarlet and told me that I was stupid for accepting the furniture and that I should’ve not accepted the furniture. Which they dropped off the furniture and they told me I had to keep the incomplete set because they will deliver me the rest of the pieces. Then the manager, Derek kung got involved and assisted with the delivery times, but he was not sure what was going on with the furniture and why it was incorrect and didn’t do anything regarding the fact that I ordered the furniture before the holidays so I can have it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I didn’t receive the complete furniture till December 27 of 2024. The incomplete delivery has caused significant inconvenience, and I am disappointed with the level of service I have received. Not only did I have an incomplete set of furniture with my family, which is embarrassing, I’ve paid over $5000 for this furniture said that’s incomplete and I got the bill and I’ve been paying for furniture that is incomplete. Derek kung the GM said he could not give me a discount for me having to pay for furniture that I did not have in my possession and he told me that I have to do whatever I have to do if I’m not happy and write bad reviews that he didn’t care.
Moreover, when I attempted to address my concerns with your management team, I found their responses to be unhelpful and, frankly, quite rude. As a customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and to have my concerns taken seriously. I even called your corporate office and they told me that someone from higher up would call me and that was three weeks ago. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau, since you charge your clients full price for incomplete pieces of furniture that were stated in the contract that would be delivered on 11/19/2024. Read moreMy 1 star review is purely based upon miscommunication, lack of management, customer service and lack of accountability.
I purchased my items on 3/7 but one of the items was backordered until 3/21. Upon purchase I repeatedly mentioned 3/25 will be the date of requested delivery. I didn't want them to make 2 trips for all my items so I was waiting on the backordered item to arrive.
Fast forward to 3/23 I get antsy and call them. 1st off it took me 2 days to talk to a manager. My sales associate was telling me it's my fault, they "texted me" to confirm delivery and I never responded. No text was ever received. I check my phone religiously, especially when I spend 10k on a purchase. I quadruple checked. The reality is the delivery never got scheduled, a substitute manager (Carmen) confirmed this. She was equally helpful and said since she is a fill in manager she doesn't have the ability to make it right nor can coordinate with the existing manager to make it right. The salesman (Hans) won't admit his mistake which is unfortunate. I let mistakes go but when they're admitted instead of lying. The salesman calls today to say he spoke to the manager and they say they aren't going to make it right in any regard. His exact words were "El Dorado doesn't do these types of things". Please keep in mind this was important as it was the 1st day in my new home and the furniture contained the beds for my children.
Update 2nd delivery comes today 3/30 and they forgot the screws to put the desk together so they have to come back within a week with screws to put furniture together.
But management sees nothing wrong with their service.....
I'm not a negative review type but this one warranted it. The products seem aesthetically appeasing but just make sure to hassle them 24/7 on the front end and don't expect much in terms of customer service on...
