Elite Home Gamerooms — Attraction in Sarasota

I recently visited this store with my father, who has been a pinball machine collector for over 20 years, and my young son. My father was visiting us in Florida, and we thought it would be a nice experience to stop in and see some of the machines.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we entered the store, the employee present did not greet us or acknowledge us in any way. After walking around for about ten minutes, we decided to press start on one of the pinball machines so my father could show his grandson how it worked. Within a couple of minutes, the employee abruptly shouted across the store that my son was not allowed to play the machine. This was surprising, not only because there was no posted signage indicating that machines were off-limits, but also because of the tone and manner in which it was handled. A polite conversation would have been much more appropriate.

It is concerning that the employee was willing to raise his voice across the room, yet could not offer a simple greeting, eye contact, or explanation upon our arrival. Customer service should make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, this interaction left quite the opposite impression. Based on this experience, I would not recommend giving this company...

I searched around to try and find my Data East 1991 Batman Pinball Machine. Once I find it on Elite Home Gamerooms’ website I immediately reached out. Within 24 hours I had received an email with details. The folks at Elite Home Gamerooms were also easily reached on the phone. I had my game shipped to DC and the folks at Elite Gamerooms clearly and expertly explained the process for ordering, receiving and setting up my pinball machine. My game arrived in amazing condition even though it is 30 years old with everything working perfectly. They did a great job refurbishing the game but keeping as much of the original components as necessary. The people at Elite Gamerooms continue to be very responsive and helpful. I love my new game and looking forward to years...

100%, 5-stars, from start to finish. I just recently purchased an Arachnid dart machine from Elite Home Game rooms, from my first phone call I knew I was in good company. Though I am not new to darts or arcade games by any means, Roy took all the time I needed to answer my questions, explain things I was not aware of, and make me comfortable with my decision to purchase with Elite. Delivery was quick, and easy, and a day or two after I received a call from Roy, simply to check in to make sure I was happy and to answer anymore questions I might have had. One last thing I need to say, Elite Home Game Rooms prices on their games are very fair in my opinion. I look forward to doing more business in the future with Roy and the Elite Home...
