I just picked up my engagement ring that they resized for me and it is flawlessly beautiful! I am so pleased with the results! And they were all so lovely. Will definitely be coming back for any of my jewelry needs from now on.

Edit: Adding to my review, because my experience has been continuously amazing. I have ADHD and sensory issues, so it’s been a challenge for me to find the correct size. I had to get the same ring resized 3 times in the span of 3 days because my ring was bothering me. Not because of any fault of this place, but because my ring is different from the try-on rings they use to measure your size, and it was bothering my skin in a way I didn’t expect. It didn’t help that my ring size is 5 3/4, something I wouldn’t have discovered if not for them. They have been amazing and so kind. I never felt like i was a bother when i called, even when i was on the verge of tears from frustration at myself. They helped me finally enjoy my engagement ring, and i am truly grateful to them.

I was recommended to FH Jewelry by the nearby Batteries Plus Bulbs store. My pocket watch needed a new battery. I brought it in and they estimated a 20 minute repair. When I came back, the watch was running perfectly. Not only are they fast, but they are also skilled! A few weeks later, I brought an old wrist watch in that had some scratches on the clock face. The design was C3-PO, a droid from Star Wars. They estimated 2 weeks and a hundred dollar repair, due to the customized shape. I paid and the wait began. After only a week, I got a call saying that 95% of the bill had been refunded due to not needing a new clock face! Amazing experience. I went into the store for a band replacement and two batteries. From the point I walked in I was treated very professionally and friendly by the staff. The jeweler, Mr. Hernandez even took the time to stop what he was doing to come look at my watch band to see how he could help. Unlike most other places, Mr. Hernandez could have easily just sold me a new band, but he took the time to explain that my band was not broken it was simply missing a piece and if I could not locate the piece at home, he would simply charge me the cost of replacing the piece rather than the cost of a whole new band.
