My husband and I went to this location to find me a new pair of shoes for mixed activities because he kept raving about his previous experience with this store for his current pair of running shoes. Jake was extremely friendly and helpful. He walked us through the shoe searching process smoothly and explained everything he brought out for me to try and guide me to recognize the difference myself. We appreciate that he went above and beyond to order it straight from Ascis for us knowing the color I want is low in stock. After we got the shoes, we realize itâs now on sale on Ascis website so we called to check if theyâre willing to do price adjustment. We talked to Tyler over the phone and he said they were welcome to do it as long as we would bring the receipt and the original credit card. We dropped by the store today and first spoke to Spencer. He immediately brought up that my husband returned a few times in the past multiple times in the conversation. First of all, my husband returned them because they sent him the wrong size and style. Second, he returned the shoe in the original condition so whatâs wrong with returning if thatâs your policy and itâs your fault of sending the wrong one to begin with?? Last but not least, the incident happened almost a year ago and it has nothing to do with this pair of shoe that Iâm buying for myself. We were there for price adjustment after checking with the staff, not to return anything. He even said he brought that up because he did not want that returning pattern to happen again? Excuse me? You meant the pattern that wrong size and wrong style were being sent by you or you meant were not allowed to return anything from this store? As soon as we got into an argument with him, the manager came out but not with much better attitude. He said âyou are welcome to go to another store but I will help you with this now okay?â Oh wow Iâm not begging for money so stop giving that attitude. And of course weâre also not coming to this store ever so whether itâs okay with you, itâs not okay with us as customers to be assumed for something thatâs not even relevant. Good luck with your business but you will never own one ever again from us. Guess it doesnât matter because you do not care about customersâ experience anyway. We still have to say Jake is an exception. Again he was extremely nice and...

âââââ
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fleet Feet, and I can confidently say it was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever hadâlargely thanks to an outstanding salesperson named Jack. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile that instantly made me feel at home.
Jack's knowledge about footwear and running-related gear was simply extraordinary. He took the time to listen to my needs, asking insightful questions about my running habits and any pain points I had experienced in the past. It was evident he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of shoes rather than just making a sale.
What truly sets Jack apart is his exceptional customer service skillset. He delved into the details, providing me with a tailored experience that I never anticipated. He offered expert advice on different shoe brands, styles, and the importance of proper fit. Jack even guided me through a fitting process, ensuring the shoes he recommended were not only comfortable but also suited my running style perfectly.
But what made this experience life-changing was not only finding the perfect running shoes but also the confidence Jack instilled in me as a runner. His enthusiasm and passion for running are contagious, and he encouraged me to set new goals and push my limits. I left the store not just with a great pair of shoes but also with a renewed sense of motivation and excitement about my running journey.
If you visit Fleet Feet, I wholeheartedly recommend asking for Jack. His commitment to customer satisfaction and personalized service truly distinguishes him as a standout among the staff. I can't thank Jack enough for his support and expertise, and I'm looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Fleet Feet, for an amazing experience, and thank you, Jack, for...
Read moreI wish I could write 2 separate reviews, for this situation. First, Lance 's customer service skills, are Bar None. Unfortunately Julie, had no interest in helping with the purchase of $130. running shoes. I called and spoke with Lance on Friday, I told him my son is on the cross country team, had recently recovered from runners knee, and we were looking for some running shoes. Lance was very understanding and said he would scan my sons feet, have a look at his gate, and help pick out the perfect shoe for the mileage of his training. I said, fantastic, we are buying them for his Birthday. On Tuesday, my husband brought my son to buy his birthday gift. Upon arrival, my husband had to initiate help from Julie. He mentioned everything I had spoken to Lance about, and that my son was offered to have his feet scanned. She was not at all interested in doing that, and completely blew off my husband. Julie did not even measure my sons feet. My husband with the best intentions of spending a birthday moment with our son, basically had a Warehouse experience and handled the sale himself. Now, most importantly we took our son from Cypress to Katy to get what Lance explained over the phone, a scan of his feet, a look at his gate, a fitting and helping with the proper pair of shoes. We have spent time and money on Dr.s' and PT, and we really wanted to make sure the next couple hundred miles, were in the proper shoes. We would appreciate someone making this right, and to get what we were offered by Lance. Or we might as well have just bought...
