Furniture Design Center - SCV — Attraction in Santa Clarita

I cannot thank Traci and the entire team at Furniture Design Center enough for all their help. I went in the Monday after Thanksgiving with a very specific purpose, and Traci in particular was beyond helpful. My youngest sister was recently diagnosed with cancer and has been in pain and great discomfort. I told Traci I need a small, lightweight recliner for her and why and she knew exactly what we needed. She went through all the pros and cons of each floor model, double checked which were brand new in stock and not floor models that could be delivered the next day, and was just so compassionate and understanding. Delivery at my sister's home the next day was smooth and they even took away the horrid chair that my sister could no longer use. I don't buy furniture often, but I know the next time I need anything, I will be shopping at Furniture Design Center. ...

Not only is the store itself wonderfully laid out with great staff, the furniture pieces themselves are absolutely beautiful and priced competitively. The staff is excellent and makes you feel like family. They are not pushy and don't follow you around the store while you shop but if needed, all of the staff is very knowledgeable and can tell you anything you need to know about any of the pieces they offer. Our delivery was right on time and the customer service before and after purchase has been phenomenal and very responsive. Me and my boyfriend were looking for a ne couch and love seat. We looked and other furniture stores. Then i remembered seeing Furniture Design Center. Tracy was so helpful! No high pressure sales tactics but always seemed around if you have questions. The delivery guys did an great job! Very fast and kept everything clean and showed up on time. They also will take away your old couches. Which is a huge plus when you live in an apartment. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for furniture.
