THEY DONāT WEAR GLOVES to make sandwiches. It was my first time going to the Sandwich Shop I found it online. It looked like a cool local sandwich shop that I would continue to go to if their sandwiches were good. I ordered 2 meatball sandwiches and for myself a ham sandwich to go. I didnāt realize they donāt wear gloves for about 10 minutes until I moved to another side of the counter. Because you canāt see from the dine in tables there hands making sandwiches. After I realized they donāt wear gloves I went up to the girl that took my order and asked about them not wearing gloves. She said they donāt have to wear gloves because they wash there hands. I explained to her that I have a germ phobia and she said they could make my ham sandwich with gloves. Then the Manager came to me and said my sandwich was already made and I would have to buy another one. He said nobody else has a problem of them not wearing gloves because they was wash their hands. Iām sorry but I donāt want anyoneās fingers with nails making me a sandwich by putting lettuce and pickles and etc on it without having gloves. I mean I live here in L A County just recently we were able to stop wearing masks. I spent $45.02 for 3 sandwiches including a tip of $5.86 and he wouldnāt make me another sandwich. I really think people donāt see that they donāt wear gloves and thatās why they havenāt said anything. I left with the 2 meatball sandwiches and said I would be writing a review. I wonāt go back they can keep my ham sandwich that I paid $10.75. I hope this negative review...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey have a huge menu and wonderful, creative sandwiches on fresh, delicious bread. It took several minutes to decide what to order, so many choices, and everything sounded good! I had the āMarsha Marsha Marshaā (love the Brady Bunch reference), on sourdough! It had turkey, avocado and cream cheese with all the fixings, was enormous, and a messy fabulous sandwich. It was way too big to eat in one sitting, so I took the other half home for lunch the next day! Friendly staff and the wait was a bit long because they are busy, so I recommend calling ahead. Canāt wait to go back and try another one! Highly recommend and very happy to have found a real deal sandwich shop in...
