On Fridays they close at 9pm and repeatedly state on the PA system that they close the dressing rooms at 8:45. I tried to find a dressing room at 8:30 but 5 were locked and the remaining 1 had someone in it. I asked a staff member if she'd open one for me and was told I'd have to wait for the 1 person. 10 minutes later I asked again and was again told no. So I waited despite there being 5 empty dressing rooms. The guy got out at 8:41 and the manager was banging on the door telling me to get out at 8:45, no exceptions.
When I complained to the cashier she got the manager to come over who asked who wouldn't let me in to an empty dressing room. That staff member stated that the manager had told her not to reopen any of the 5. The manager agreed that that is what she'd told her. WTF? Why did she bring over her staff member who was following her directions? Probably because she wanted me to unjustly yell at that woman instead of her. So unprofessional. The only explanation I got for them closing the dressing rooms early was that they were understaffed. Looking at reviews, that was the same excuse they gave 3 months ago. So apparently they are chronically understaffed.
I asked the manager why they didn't follow their own policies? And why they repeated the dressing room policy over the PA if they weren't going to follow it? "We're understaffed." That doesn't even make sense. Just close the dressing rooms at the stated time or don't...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible donation experiences. I have often thought this location was pretty crappy, but today was the day that threw me over the edge. The audacity of the staff when you are simply trying to drop off donations is absurd. I was greeted with nothing but sass this morning. She tells me I cannot place items on the ground, but they must be in a cart. Ok, fine, I can do that. Well, she did not provide any more carts. Every single one out there was slap full, overflowing. So, here I am piling up leaning towers of boxes on top of prior customers donations while she watches me. She was not going to empty carts to bring out as I never saw not a one empty cart the whole time I was there. I would have honestly preferred NO team member but plenty of EMPTY CARTS for my donations. At least the carts don't bark impossible orders at me while simultaneously having a snotty attitude.
I am not a confrontational person, but I had to say something to the shockingly rude person at the door. I did ask to speak to a manager, which was granted, but all the while this team member was just a hootin' and a hollerin'. The feedback was most likely not taken, but I know for sure I will be finding a different location to take my donations. I would rather take them to the dump than...
Read moreMy cousin and I went into the store very pleased because of the variety of items for sale. When we got to the checkout we waited in line, only to watch the cashier take off and leave us there not knowing whether she was coming back. She did eventually come back with her manager where she then told us that she was closed and to go to the other line. Meanwhile there is now only one cashier and there are about 6 people already waiting in line ahead of us. There were about 10 people behind us when the cashier gets on the microphone and rudely tells people that the line starts at a certain spot, which was not designated. I caught the manager and told him about our experience and he said "Oh well she didn't tell me you were waiting in line." I then made a comment about the rudeness of the other cashier and how there was only one cashier, the line was extremely long and there was no designation as to where the line began or ended. His response, "People are just so impatient." As for my cousin and I, we will not be going back due to very poor...
