Halcyon — Attraction in Milton

Many families stayed at this hotel for the weekend of June 27-29 for their seven year-old boys baseball players to participate in the Atlanta Braves country tournament. From Friday night until Sunday no rooms had hot water. There was no explanation from the staff on why and no advance notice of the issue. We had many hot kids from playing outside in the hot sun and parents that needed to take showers. Additionally We asked the staff if the kids could go in the conference room so they could play without disturbing any guest or being in the front lobby and were told yes. One of their staff members came out I believe Maria was her name and told the parents in a not very nice way that they were bad parents for letting their kids run and play. If the hotel did not want children, they should not have been an approved hotel to stay in for this yearly tournament. Upon checkout, we ask for a discount for the hot water issue and was told they could not adjust a bill. This weekend inconvenience was reported to the manager Mandy. Also told her thru a message about the staff member that was so rude. Left a message with no callback and no reduction in cost which the hot water alone made the entire stay miserable for the families in our group. No discount and no response - how...

My review is specific to the parking. We parked in the lot near the coffee shop. My friend punched in the license tag as I called it off to her. Neither one of us noticed that it did not take one of the letters - an X was missing in the middle of the tag number on the receipt it gave me. I placed that receipt on my dash. I returned to my car with a citation. I tried to show the young lady in the lot that we paid but it was a simply mistake in keying the tag number. She didn't care, told me I still had to pay. Said I could take care of it online. When you go to the site where you are directed on the citation, there is NO WAY to contact them under the tab that states "CONTACT US". It's a rip off. I paid a total of $16.00 to park there for an hour. I won't be back. I am very disappointed that Halcyon management lets such a rip off company manage their parking system. I recently visited this outdoor shopping center and was impressed by the variety of dining options available. The restaurants offered an eclectic mix of cuisines, including Mexican, Italian, and Asian.

The atmosphere was lively, and the outdoor seating area was well-maintained and inviting. I had the opportunity to try several different restaurants and was impressed by the quality of food and service at each one. I particularly enjoyed the authentic Mexican street tacos and the all you can eat Korean food.

In addition to the great dining options, the shopping center also had a wide variety of stores to explore, from high-end fashion boutiques to unique specialty shops. There were also plenty of seating areas and green spaces to relax and people watch.

Overall, I highly recommend this outdoor shopping center for its diverse dining options and fun shopping experience. It would be a great place to take friends or family...
