8/24/24 Recently, I decided to try a newer place in this area, Happy Lemon. For anyone who is new to Happy Lemon, they are a franchise and one of the largest international beverage places around. They originated in Taiwan.
I had qualms about trying this place because I thought everything would be too sweet. The other day, I decided to go in to see the different items they offered. To my amazement, you can request the sugar amount from no sugar to 100% for most of their drinks.
So, I proceeded to look at the many drink options Happy Lemon offers. Knowing that sugar is controllable, I decided to place my order. I ordered a strawberry green tea, minus lychees. The reason for holding out on the lychees is that having strawberries added in, I feared both would be too sweet for me. The drink was a refreshing blend of green tea and the natural sweetness of strawberries, with a hint of tartness. It sounded so good, and it was even better than I expected, with just the slightest hint of sweetness! The staff member who prepared my drink was not only quiet but also incredibly helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
While he was making my drink, I looked around a bit. What struck me most about Happy Lemon was its impeccable cleanliness. There were no sticky floors or unpleasant odors, just a pristine space. It was a reassuring sign of their commitment to hygiene and customer comfort.
There are a few other drinks I would like to try, knowing that in most of their drinks, the sweetness of the drink can be controlled.
Matcha Latte is one of the drinks. I would be lying if I didn't say I wanted to try one of the drinks with salted cheese. Sounds odd, right? I looked up Happy Lemons salted cheese and what it was made from, and this is what I found: Salted Cheese is made with cream cheese, whipped cream, milk, and a hint of rock salt. Fattening, unhealthy, yes, but it sounds so divine!
Other drinks offered are freshly squeezed lemon green tea, a variety of milk teas, matcha smoothies, a waffle series specialty series, and more.
Happy Lemon's location is in Silverdale Plaza, 2966 NW Bucklin Hill Rd. Silverdale, Washington. Other surrounding businesses are Joann Fabrics, UPS, Safeway, Staples, Rite Aid, and more! Because of the large number of businesses, there are plenty of flat parking spaces.

Read moreLove happy lemon and their locations BUT this one. Unsure if the kids working here are lazy or if the store front owner has strange rules they must follow. We ordered boba and Waffles tonight at 7:54pm. For pick up. We know they have a VERY strange rule about turning off the waffle makers an hour before closing. So we placed our order before hand. We arrived at 8:07pm and my fiancé goes inside and I watch as the girls inside sell him a sad story. He comes out and says "they canceled our order and won't be able to make the waffles" I was honestly stunned. He wouldn't let me go in and talk to the girls. They told him "we now stop accepting the waffles at 7:30pm" why does a business like this need an hour and a half to clean a waffle maker? To make matter worse, they are out of several toppings. They didn't call to tell us our order was canceled, and then they sell my fiance three drinks without topping and can't even discount them for the inconvenience? I rarely post negative reviews, but after the ever changing rules for this location we won't return. Also, they never answer the phone, we called three times to...
Read moreI have been a Happy Lemon fan since before Silverdale. I was so excited for them to be in our county and very much anticipated the opening. I write this in hopes that they can make an improvement. I’ve been in four different times. There has been a couple mistakes. Today my drink was missing the Boba. She quickly noticed and replaced it, however, on my way home as I was drinking it, it seemed as though the Boba hadn’t been cooked as it was fairly hard. The staff seem unenthused to be there compared to other establishments which takes away from the name Happy Lemon. What I’ve enjoyed in the past is the clean, white, and tidy atmosphere. What I’ve noticed at Silverdale each time is the whole front is windows and each time these windows look like they haven’t been cleaned. Not even recently. Floor to ceiling. My work ethic is it should be done every single day by an employee. I hope this helps to better the...
