Kaia FIT Natomas — Attraction in Sacramento

I love Kaia. It’s changed my life in ways I never would have imagined. It’s not just the gym; it’s concepts on fitness, or the coaches. It’s all of it together that played a big part in my journey this past year. Its friendship, support, and sisterhood; it’s a women’s only gym where all fitness levels are welcomed. Kaia is about living a healthy fit lifestyle. It focuses on showing you how to incorporate clean eating and living in to your life. The workouts are done in a group, but you're never made to feel as another face. The coaches take the time to be there for you, to encourage, motivate, and cheer each step of the way. I was really scared to try any program as I was really out of shape, but knew that I had to make a change in my life. I was unhappy, had no energy, and my health was not the greatest. I joined Kaia Fit Natomas the end of 2013, everyday I find myself loving it more. You truly do start at a level you are comfortable at. The coaches encourage you, the Kaia girls cheer for you, and before you know it you are trying different/harder levels that you thought were out of your reach. I am on this new journey in my life thanks to Kaia Fit Natomas. I would encourage all women - no matter your age or size - to try one of the Core classes. Kaia is such a great gym here in Natomas! At Kaia age doesn’t matter because we are all here to do the same thing workout! Especially through the pandemic Kaia has made many solutions to keep each and everyone safe and still be able to exercise!

Update to add: So use it! Working out there you have many options like yoga, cross training, strength training, and much much more! They also give you many options on how to do the workout! You can do it from home as a live stream or as an archived video in the Kaia fit rockstars website or you can do an in person workout.
