Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Sacramento

Lady was absolutely rude. I get it, people have bad days. However:

got a chocolate milk made for my son. Son was disgusted. Asked her to addmore milk (very dark). She handse a paper cup of milk. Not sure how she expected me to add that to the drink give. It was practically full...

she did not great, take my Starbucks number, just no communication at all.

complained to a manager about her lack of effort and respect..THEN..she was willing to remake the drink

then I realized she actually put in mocha...into my 8 year old sons drink...

frequent visitor to Starbucks, clearly the worse experience. I didn't really mind about most of it but clearly this is someone that could careless about customer service

This is not actually a starbucks, it's a kiosk serving Starbucks products inside a Target store. But today's experience was better than most at these kiosks. The worker was very friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. He did not screw up the amount of nonfat milk, and he even asked me if this was perfect amount. This is a relatively nice Target with only a few vagrants living on the sidewalk outside. I stopped here because there are Electrify America charging stations in the parking lot. Lobby was locked so we had to go through the drive thru too ok pick up a walk in mobile order . Took forever and my drink tasted like starlight blended ice. I ordered double espresso frap with 4 pumps of vanilla To top it off we both ordered extra whip and they just hand the drinks to us and say oh yeah so sorry but we are out…. The best part was the 7 cracks head literally smoking dope while sitting on the curb next to the window where you order. Never ever coming back!!!! The staff had to keep the doors locked...
