KASHMIR BAZAAR — Attraction in North Augusta

The first time I came to this store I felt extremely un welcomed. I didn't feel comfortable walking farther than the counter after the look on the face of the owner's wife. She scrunched her face up at me like when one sees feces left in open spaces. I couldn't believe it. I went back one more time and again, I decided to never step foot in a store that does not view me as a human. And now, while researching other people's experiences on these google reviews for this particular store, my experience is not the only one. In addition there are experiences by people of European descent and people of their own descent who explain that the staff was "friendly, helpful" and other humane treatment that was denied me during my brief times...

Great place to buy meat, chicken, normal vegetables and exotic vegetables. They have a wide variety of options here that you really can't buy anywhere else for an hour of drive at least for the price. It is a small space, with not a lot of room to move around, but given the amount of items they stock, it's not that surprising. This is the most comfortable place and definitely worth the visit for buying things you can't find...

We just moved here from Phoenix and I was excited to find this store. The store is clean, well stocked and the owner is very nice. I explained we recently moved here and he gave me his business card and said he travels to Atlanta once a week and would gladly pick up anything I need that he doesn’t carry.
