I use M.A.C. Products I am a MACPro Cardholder Recently we -only 2 of us- went to your store. It was midweek early afternoon not very busy but this MAC Consultant/ Cashier was so preoccupied with being a Social Butterfly our service and entire trip there was disappointing. We purchased $250 in product and without a doubt would have purchased more but she kept interrupting us to wait on someone who came in she 'KNEW'. It was extremely rude of the 'Customer' who interrupted us midsentence But more so for HER to go off with her and consult about colors & product & get her 4-5 items & check her out -WHEN there was another Consultant/ Cashier there & we were there FIRST! Then again we are asking about products to purchase & a 'Friend' of hers walks up & she just pops into a long conversation & looking at something she purchased in a bag with her while we are just standing there waiting to finish our sentence & for her to get our requested products to purchase. Our receipt says Cashier 437825 waited on us. I'm not sure if that cashier # is HER but she had long dark hair & may have been of an Asian descent. She did after passing us off have to come to the computer & punch in something after we once again 'WAITED' for HER to come- punching in some # for the other lady to check us out. She didn't even check us out but passed us off on the other - Cashier & to our disappointment when we got all the way home we discovered 2 items we had told HER we wanted to purchase weren't even in our bag or on our receipt things we specifically came for & asked her to get. We seriously felt she was not interested in helping us- her focus was not with us- & she was 'ALL OVER THE PLACE' but not WITH us & it was the most disappointing trip to your M.A.C. Store I have EVER experienced. It was our 'Girls Day Out' we planned to specifically shop & replenish our M.A.C. makeup & both of us felt deflated when we left. Very disconcerting to say the least. Read moreI shopped here on Monday and their makeup artist Lina singlehandedly ended my $150+ journey of buying the wrong shade of foundations. The staff at Mac are trained to color match your skin tone so I was really grateful for the service that I got here. She also let me know what shade of concealer, powder, and bronzer I should get. At first, I was skeptical because the foundation looked a little too light in the mirror but she reassured me that the lights make it look like that and proceeded to show me what it actually looks like in natural lighting. She also educated me on how to apply makeup based on my skin type. I should have gone in here in the first place! A Sephora “manager” refused to service my daughter’s needs for pageant coverage. As a business owner I understand a high volume environment, but staff was gathered together and not busy. I began going into Sephora simply due to being taken in by friends.
