I saw a Love Sac ad and thought what a concept. After pursuing the website for close to a year, I finally moved to take action and purchase the product. However there was the small detail of there not being a showroom where I reside. In order to see, feel, and experience a Love Sac sectional, the nearest Love Sac showroom was a three hour drive upstate for me, but what better excuse for a road trip.
In order to truly know if the Love Sac Sectional would be a good fit for me and my family, I had to feel and visualize the product in my space. Based upon the my research of the product my expectations were elevated, as well as the type of customer service one should receive when purchasing a product of the known craftsmanship of a Love Sac Sectional. My purchase experience at the University Town Center Love Sac currently fit the bill of what customer service should be and is when purchasing from the Love Sac Company.
The Love Sac sales associate Audrey, greeted me in a soothing, respectful and inviting way. After a brief conversation about what I was looking for, Audrey’s professional overtones emerged, explaining in detail the ins and outs of the Love Sac concept of furniture functionality, durability, craftsmanship, quality, and value. She insisted on me trying various styles and firmness of certain pieces.
Audrey had a savoir-faire of the design and flow of Love Sac pieces in whatever space I wanted to place the furniture. Her ability to explain, and use visual aids to assist me in making the proper purchase for my needs at this time, while leaving space for additional pieces in the future. Based upon my Love Sac experience so far I’m confident this product will last decades, giving use of new configurations, coverings, while transforming existing pieces without throwing away or purchasing new pieces. We had heard that it was expensive and kind of ugly, but we really wanted to try a modular design for our next sofa. What we found was an absolutely spectacular and elegant product with customer service to match! Lindsey helped guide us through the various customization options during our 1 hour appointment in the Lovesac store. She explained the concept, as well as the interoperability, in a simple, hands on demo that also showed us how easy it is to rearrange the Sactional. Lindsey also helped us pick out a handful of swatches to consider and has been following up over the past week just to make sure all our questions were answered. At no point did we feel like we were being pushed into buying, which was actually one of the reasons we decided to buy the Sactional after all. Read moreAn experience that caused me a lot of time and anxiety. The initial salesperson did not order the correct back pillows for my configuration. To finally get the right pillows I had to go through more than I care to tell again. I ended up having to order the whole seat sets again, because, apparently, the pillows can’t be switched out by themselves. I needed a place to sit while waiting so, I didn’t return items until I got the correct ones. I put out a lot of money that, yes, was eventually refunded , but not before I was charged a late fee because my balance got so high before the refunds posted. Forget trying to get any help from anyone other than the poor salesgirls and a chat online. I have yet to get that late fee removed. I’m totally done with this company and would never recommend it.
