Let’s get something straight: my so-called “behavior” was simply trying the handle of a restroom that had been “occupied” for over 10 minutes with no response, and then asking the cashier if it was locked. That’s it. The actual unacceptable behavior was this woman screaming at a very pregnant customer who urgently needed the restroom, humiliating me in front of everyone, and now the store doubling down online instead of apologizing. And reading through other reviews, I see this is a pattern — every single complaint gets brushed off with the same arrogant response of “we’re glad you won’t be back.” That’s not customer service, that’s pure hostility.
