Idk his name, but he had a horrible attitude. This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this salon & last!!! The pictures say enough!!! They forced me to leave like this vs correcting the dissatisfaction! The nail tech removed my polish & went home. He was angry because he did not properly do my French manicure correctly. There was left over white polish from the acetone & brush when they use it to form a French manicure shape. It was not all removed off. The front of my nails were not painted either, which I informed him prior to ensure they were to prevent chipping. My pedicurist completed her job & I paid $45 and TIPPED her $15. $60 in total given to her. The nail tech I informed him I would pay once my service is complete as I did with the nail tech or any other time I’ve come here or anywhere else. He left & did not finish my nails. Neither did they assign anyone else to finish my nails. Poor customer service! I can not go to my friend’s birthday dinner tonight with unfinished nails. This salon does NOT believe in PAYING CUSTOMERS expressing what they like or how they like their nails. They get an attitude. Obnoxious and arrogant for a customer not to be able to express a problem and it not be corrected!

This is how my pedicure looks WITHOUT cuticle oil. I mentioned to the pedicurist my cuticles were not cut all the way. She just put oil on them. The polish is also not applied correctly. Attaching pictures. But, they think you’re just complaining when you point out the errors. Also my big toe has already broken, and I asked her to file shortly which she wouldn’t. Because I told her if it’s too long, it will break when I wear shoes. And that’s exactly what happened. $60 waste. I was charged $85 for clustered lashes and when I tell you, I asked for long and wispy but got the look of free lashes that you get with weave purchases. The length was not bad but it was nowhere near wispy and the lashes looked like they cost him about two dollars and they charge me $85 for these clutster lashes. Now the lash taech told me that they will last for two weeks and I’m about about four days later, the cluster lashes in the inner corner of my eyelid start raising up. I definitely want to save someone else from getting ripped off like I did. It is not worth the money and they should be charging about $25-$35 and I actually found a place that charges $35 and their lashes are better quality lashes I would not be going to this place. I got a pedicure too, and the lady shaped my nail cricket. It seems like as she was an amateur. She’s a very nice lady, but people work too hard to not get the quality service that the paid for. I spent about $200 at this place and the only thing I was really satisfied with is my eyebrows. She did a really good job on that but my these cluster lashes for $85 oh my God what a rip off and my toes I paid almost $100 and oh my goodness they’re not up to part! Imma give a 3 cause it’s still considered good. . I went here before for a pedicure when it was located down stairs (decided to get the highest one )& literally only got feet soak a lil sugar scrub and that was about it. Decided to go again but thought maybe sense they moved there’s new people and better service. BS decided to get the highest pedicure as well and received the same thing (FOOT IN WATER, sugar, hot towel) U LITERALLY GETS NOTHING SPECIAL. When u get the top pedicure at other places you least get (Hot rocks, or maybe the wax, or at least something special) so I was very disappointed. The nail tech barely got in my toes. (I feel like if I’m paying I want it all).Now what I can say Tracy did my nails cute I loved them but, the only thing she’s quick so make sure she’s not rushing because when I did leave I noticed my nails need more coating for my Chrome to stick out)& she didn’t fully shape my French tips evenly.
