I went here today as it’s closer. I normally would go to winter springs. We had Francisca. I chose her in particular from a review that said she was outstanding with an autistic child. My son went through some horrible trauma of cutting his head open. He is very sensitive in that area and panics when people touch his head, so I thought this lady would be perfect. However as much as she seemed nice. I found she was very rough with my son. I ended up holding my hand under my sons head to stop his head being pushed to far down or to the side. Yes I should have said something but I thought to just put my hand there to keep his head up and to help coax him to calm and keep still. He did get upset and did his best to keep still but fear of course of his head being touched and the sensitivity did have him moving quite alot. I didn’t feel very comfortable, she didn’t really engage with me at all. I did show her a picture of his last cut that I liked. She left his hair much longer and I didn’t like the one side. I did express this and she did fix it, but she appeared rushed and maybe annoyed with me having her do that. I don’t really like doing reviews but for this I had to. I did tip on card and there was not even a thank you just grabbed the receipt and passed it to me. I won’t come back to this...

Came here to fix my 3yr olds hair after she got ahold of some scissors and chopped off half her hair. They did a great job getting me in last minute as a walk in appointment. My little was scared because this was her first hair cut. But the ladies there were very nice and right away made my babe feel safe and comfortable. They let her pick her car and turned on one of her favorite shows to keep her occupied. The stylist did an amazing job blending and tapering my girls chop job into a more acceptable style lol. She even gave her a little ponytail and tied a bow with a ribbon to top it off....

My child is on the spectrum and was terrified of getting her hair cut at the salon for years until her appointment today with Stephanie! What an absolute life saver and game changer. She was so patient and genuinely kind to my daughter while executing the cutest hair cut ever! I still can't believe she even let Stephanie braid and glitterize her hair!
