If you are a Work From Home Parent, this place was MADE for you and your littles. Buckle up for my dissertation on why I LOVE this place and drive an hour out of my way to come here! First, Working from home, especially as a mom, can be very isolating, but with this place, I feel like I found a village! The staff are so kind and interactive and engaged with my 2 little girls, 2 and 3. They have really built a relationship with my girls, where they want to be here and I get SO much work done. Ms. Ava is their favorite. Second, Play and Stay is better than daycare or a babysitter, or asking family/friends for help, because I can see my girls the whole time, and they can see me. I don’t have to worry if they are happy or being taken care of or worry if I am burdening someone. Taking that worry off my shoulders literally boosts my productivity! I get so much work done here! Next, My girls love the break out activities that they have every M-F with the Preschool teacher Ms. Alexa. It is such a great balance of activities, in addition to the super cute active play structure that tires them out and then the construction and creative play centers. My girls are busy and having fun the whole time. I have to bribe them with candy to leave. Fourth, what I love about Play and Stay, is that I want to limit screen time for my girls, but when working from home, sometimes that’s hard. But here, they are engaged and playing the whole time without screens. They sleep so well when we get home! Safety and fun are obviously top of mind and in every detail. You can see your children on cameras if they choose to go to the break out activities, while you stay in one spot and work. The staff also clean and sanitize toys and areas as they go throughout the day. There is a HUGE need for places like this and I am SO glad I found Play and Stay. I plan to come multiple times a month, if not every week. Thank you Danielle and Team!

Happy we found this place. There are a few things that set it apart from other similar indoor playgrounds. 1. There is staff that watches the children play and helps mitigate any quarrels over toys. 2. The seating area for parents is terrific. It’s the most comfortable by far we have seen. Big tables, with sofas and chairs and also outlets to charge your laptops if you work from there! 3. There are optional activities daily in a separate room. There are TVs outside of the room to display what is happening in the room. In other words a parent can leave their kid alone for the activity, sit outside the room working and still keep an eye on their child. 4. So far the owner has been there every time we have visited and that makes a huge difference. Here are some recommendations I think can make this place better: 1. Add a printing label system where the guardian and child are issued labels. Then when they leave they need to give back the labels to the front desk person who can confirm the two match. 2. Have a beep play every time the front door is opened. This is just so parents are aware the door is opened in case they are not with their child at that moment. 3. Add a scheduling system to avoid over crowding.

This is a great, clean play place. What I enjoyed most about it was that the kiddos were contained in a confined area, I could sit in a relaxing area, read a book, surf the internet, have a coffee, and actually socialize with a mom friend while our kids were completely entertained. There are “helpers” in the play area too that seemed to engage the kids, allowing parents to be more on the sidelines. My kids were pretty self sufficient with the plentiful toys. I loved their grocery set up, but my kids ended up spending a lot of time in the jungle gym part which appears pretty different than others I have seen. Seems a little reminiscent of ninja warrior mini version. We enjoyed our visit and definitely would go back. We spent 2.5 hours or so and didn’t even take advantage of the room in the back which I believe has crafts/events every hour that are included in ticket price

I have brought my daughter here a few times over the years as it is a great way to get out of the sun. Today unfortunately was significantly different. My daughter was there today for 10 minutes when she spit up. These kids are 2-3 years old, it happens. The actions of the workers to me were appalling. No care, no effort to help clean up. Just demanding my child left after she was there for 10 minutes. We paid the full price for a 1-day stay which isn't cheap, and as we were leaving simply asked if we couldn't stay if we could get a refund as we were there for 10 minutes. We were instead scolded and told we caused them to lose business and to get out. We will not be returning and my hope is the owner coaches the employees on empathy. My daughter had a kidney transplant and sometimes spits up even when she is not sick at all as she is fed through a stomach tube. UPDATE: I just wanted to leave an update after the owner's response below. To be clear, my mother in law and daughter were not offered refunds when we left. It was only after my wife called the establishment later and asked the owner to do so did we finally get a refund. Both to my mother in law, as well as my wife, the owner kept referencing over and over "You cost us business, you cost us business." explaining why she would not give us a refund before finally relenting. I am not one to leave bad reviews and I do my best to support local businesses. My daughter threw up 10 minutes into playing here. She is 3 years old and is a kidney transplant patient so it happens. She wasn't sick we would never take her to a public place sick as she is on immunosuppressants. I honestly understand totally if you have a rule that if a kid pukes they have to leave and respect it. My biggest issue and the reason for this review is what I feel is a selfish response that lacks empathy. From the situation itself, to the phone call after with my wife, to the reply to this message, their is a severe lack of empathy for an owner that runs a business that is supposed to be for children. To state multiple times "you cost us business" shows a severe lack of care about the people you are talking to that have been patrons at your establishment multiple times over the years. At the end of the day, we...

The only reason we decided to give this place a shot on a Friday morning is because KTR does not have toddler time on fridays… I had already driven all the way there so our options were the park or Play & stay.

My 3 year old son chose Play & Stay after he saw the outside. He was bored after 10 minutes and was requesting to go ride his bike at the park. He also didn’t like random older people trying to “guide” him with play and tell him what he could do and couldn’t do.

In my opinion, there was nothing special about the toys and play structures. My son personally has more fun outside playing with rocks, dirt, and bugs than playing with plastic toys the “correct” way. He always enjoys places like KTR because he can bike, scooter, jump off of all tall things, slide down extremely tall slides, and climb UP slides without being reprimanded.

The price was another factor. For a stay at home mom who is an active, observing participant in their child’s play, it was WAY too expensive. Park= free. KTR= $12. Play & Stay= $25 for 1 child (I have 2).

On the other hand, I do see how this place would appeal to parents who work from home and need someone to watch their kid while they work (why I gave it 4 stars). That is not my case. Thus, we will likely not...
