Hobby Lobby — Local services in Four Corners States

Great selection of arts and crafts. Inventory system is, with creative liberty....from a 3rd world country...or at least back to 20th century. To call what they have an "inventory system," would be no more inaccurate than calling a horse and carriage and automobile. Everything is MANUALLY INPUT. They have zero inventory and.no idea what they carry in the store nor do they know if there's blackstock as there's no apparent way of checking other than physically going to the shelf to see an empty slot or digging through piles of unmarked boxes in the back, which they have no idea what is in each box.

Some staff are friendly, others who have worked their for years are far less than friendly. Though I can not blame them on part of the frustration when everyone asks them if they have a product which can't be located but no way of checking an inventory system, even if you brought the original package, purchased from their store with you to show them.

I love the availability of items and prices for arts and crafts are mostly competitive, though if you don't mind spending an excessive amount of time searching for 1-2 items then it...

I recently visited Hobby Lobby in town and was blown away by the best craft supplies, cleanest store, and friendliest staff in town. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a clean and organized store.

The staff at Hobby Lobby were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with my project. They were knowledgeable about the products and gave me great recommendations.

But the real standout of this store was the craft supplies. They have a wide selection of high-quality products at affordable prices. I was able to find everything I needed for my project, and the staff helped me locate hard-to-find items.

I also appreciated the cleanliness of the store. It was well-maintained and organized, making it easy to navigate and shop. The aisles were wide and the products were clearly labeled, making it a pleasure to shop.

Unfortunately I’m met with poor customer service each time I visit. On my most recent trip I picked up some jewelry beads which were heavily marked as on sale with placards posted all across the products. At checkout, the older woman working as the cashier mumbled under her breath as she was ringing me up which I assumed was her talking to herself/noting what the costs were to ring up. She told me the total and I swiped my card not thinking too much of it.

When I got back to my car I realized the math didn’t quite add up. I checked the receipt and realized the jewelry beads were not discounted so I went back inside to request a price verification. I was rudely told that she had told me those weren’t on sale - which maybe she did whilst she was mumbling but I hadn’t acknowledged it as I didn’t actually hear it. I let her know if they weren’t on sale then I’d like to return those items.
