Recently, I had the opportunity to indulge in a massage at the Hard Rock Casino Spa, with the talented therapist Valentina. From the moment I walked through the door, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury.

Valentina greeted me with a warm and professional smile, guiding me through the available treatment options. I opted for a full-body relaxation massage, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

Folks, I just had A CONFIRMED GEL MANICURE FOR TODAY AT 12NOON. I have the confirmation code on my phone. When we checked in the day before I rang the spa with our room number, and that secures your reservation. ( so does a credit card but I was in a public area, and did not to read aloud a card)

I went to check and and was informed " I was on the wait list". I looked at them, handed them my phone and flatly said " so this confirmed confirmation code means nothing?"

The man at the desk copped an attitude, and the woman beside him offered a 5pm on them, but we had dinner plans.

While it is just a silly manicure, that is not the point. I did everything according to their policy.

Customer service? Someone needs to give this spa affiliated with The Hardrock Casino in Hollywood Florida a basic lesson in owning a mistake.

I live in Miami and have come here several times for a staycation. I love the pool and the architecture and that there is so much to do but the service is terrible! The check in staff were rude, not helpful, and wouldn't even look for a room w 2 beds. It took 2 hours to get a crib sent to my room which they promised would be there when we got upstairs. The pool server was rude and said he was doing me a favor taking our order because it wasn't his section. Overall, the staff seemed miserable and had nasty attitudes. Even the maid was unfriendly and opened our door at 9:45 a.m to ask if I was checking out. Um checkout is at 11. Then she stormed off down the hallway.
