Smoketown Station — Attraction in Dale City

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! So incredibly disappointed. I ordered food from BENTO CAFE SUSHI AND ROLL based off reviews. Save your money and time and DONT GO HERE. The amount of food you get for the price you pay and the poor quality is not worth it. And let me not forget to mention the treatment and attitude from the owner I received. I stopped at the door like the sign says, she yells across the restaurant if im door dash and I said no, I placed an order online. I then ask if I'm allowed to proceed forward to look in the refrigerator for a drink and she yells you didn't pay for a drink. I said I know that, I would like to see what she has so I can buy a drink. She then says there is a $10.00 minimum for credit card and I said so, I plan on paying in cash. At this point I'm so irritated and then she brings out a box lid with my food and when I open the lids to see the food, I'm shocked that i just paid 75.00 for this little bit of food. The service is ok. One day I heard the staff making fun of my order in Spanish because its the same order everytime I go. I am bilingual so they did not realize I could understand until I spoke in fluent Spanish when they asked if that was all for my order. Their jaws dropped, eyes were like a deer caught in head lights, and then giggled and turned their faces from me. And of course I had to give them the look that I understood everything they said. I did not want to be confrontational since I like getting a quick meal from there when need something quick. However since then its been a little uncomfortable since they recognize me and they either whisper quickly as I walk in or get quiet and just glance at each other. While there has been much renovation to make the space nicer on the exterior, the behavior of the persons using the space remains unchanged. Litter scatters the grounds (broken glass, trash, etc), carts left behind in parking spaces, and no defined crosswalks. The lack of the former leaves many persons vulnerable to the fast drivers zipping through the lot. So if your journeys bring you to come to this site, be wary.
