I never leave reviews and I certainly never leave the drive thru without my food, if I made the decision to come get something. I came through just to get an energy drink pick up, the Tropical Punch Rockstar, and a taco. I must have said it quite a few times what drink i wanted but kept being told "yes the g2 gatorade". Then when I asked for the taco, they removed the drink and had just the taco on the screen, asking if that "was all" i clarified by saying "yes those TWO things was all". That also went back and forth for a bit until I finally said "yes it was the DRINK and the TACO, yes". Im not sure if it was a language barrier or not paying attention, but I shrugged it off. Then when I got to the window, the cashier began to say he was getting my strawberry drink. When I clarified, asking if he meant tropical punch, he said "no its a regular rockstar" and offered to give it to me for free. I told him that wasnt what I ordered, and eventually just left because everything about this just felt off, and not okay for a restaurant to be acting like, even fast food.
So I ended up just getting something from somewhere else. Crappy night made even crappier by this experience... please train your...
Read moreWent here yesterday evening, after having placed a pretty large order through their online app. Picked up order through the drive-thru without too much hassle...and drove away without thoroughly checking my order.
Once in the parking lot proper and out of the way of the folks behind me in the drive thru, I went through the bags to make sure I had everything. Ooof, I was missing two items. I turned around to park and walk in to let them know...and to my surprise, before I could get out of my vehicle, the (I assume) Manager was already outside and asked me if I was missing an item. I told him yes, and what I was missing.
He asked me to wait one moment in my car, and then a short time later, he came back out with my missing items, as well as an extra item and large beverage both as an apology for my inconvenience. The Manager seemed very sincere in his attempt to make things right for me, which I appreciated. Very rare in today's day and age. Great Management here that seems like they care about the customer's happiness. Will 100% use this Taco Bell over others...
Read moreI came to this location after getting off of work at 11pm. I had people to feed and waiting on food on my way home. I placed a family order and yes it was alot for the few people who were working the late night window. But still, this is the worst and unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I've worked customer service for 12 years. The guy at the window I could barely understand but what made my experience quite entertaining is the fact that not only did he not give me a receipt, didn't even ask if I wanted one, he obviously showed comptempt in his face when I asked for hot sauce. WHO THE ** DOESN'T GIVE TACO SAUCE AT A TACO PLACE?! And you're going to show annoyance when I ask for taco sauce when YOU didn't give me any sauce when you gave the food? Seriously? And these people are asking for a raise in minimum wage? The quality of service should match the pay... and that doesn't deserve $15 an hour. If they want that type of pay, better work for it.
