Iâm not angry.. just want to make Noodles & Co aware that Iâm currently sitting here wondering where the staff went wrong. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed something was off. The people in line in front of us hadnât spoken to the cashier yet and there were at least 8 people/tables waiting for their food. I decided to stay and watch the madness pursue. So here I am, writing this review.
Finally, the manager spoke to the people in front of us, âJust five minutes. Give us five minutes.â The people in front of us were very polite: âNo problem.â A little while later, they were up, but the cashier gave a rude âyouâre nextâ with a âcome hereâ gesture. The people then left.
Still, on the verge of an appetite, I proceeded. The cashier clearly does not want to be here. She replies with sighs and lethargy. I get it. Sheâs tired, but when working with customers, at least pretend you like your job. We ordered at 1:40. Itâs now 2:11. There are still 5 people/tables waiting. Within these 31 minutes, at least 3 customers left, and one received a refund because she never got her food. Only 3 people have received their orders.
Apparently theyâre short staffed. Which I get! But the staff should not be a bunch of sloths, who are now getting snippy with each other and.. Oh!! My foodâs here. Anyway, this restaurant was at capacity, an hour behind with orders, and everyone was angry. One lady waited an hour and her order was still completely wrong.
This is definitely not the norm, but something went wrong.
P.S. My noodles were chewy to the point it was like eating a stick of butter and I couldnât finish them. The Coke...
Read moreIf you call in an order to go, build in an extra 15 minutes from the time they originally said your this will n be ready. I can honestly say my food has never been ready close to the mark given. Sometimes food is half empty on to go orders. I called in to complain and was told " your food optimally settled and looks low". I've been eating noodles and company for years, and only THIS store has food "settling issues". The managers are extremely nonchalant with customer service issues like the ones stated above. I was complaining to a cashier and notice a woman staring at me from afar so I asked the cashier if it was her manager and she responded Yes. The manager of the store literally watched while her cashier had to deal with customers complaining about issue she (the cashier) did not create. only recently did this store learn how to add points to your account with phoned in orders. I was told until recently "you probably have to do it from your app or call (this number) with your receipt." There needs to be a production and customer service training at the store from the managers down to the staff. I have no issues with the actual taste of the food or the cleanliness of the store (besides the fact they often have inventory issues, repeatedly running out of things like chopsticks), but the quality of service, food presentation, timeliness, and accurate orders are the issues...
Read moreI've eaten at other locations throughout the years and never had an issue. I visited the Woodbridge location for the first time on Sunday and was sorely disappointed with both the service and food. First, when I walked in there was no line. Three cooks were in the kitchen and two servers behind the counter. One of the servers was running orders to customers that were seated but the other seemed to be free. I stood there for several minutes before he took my order. He was polite when he finally got around to taking it, but that did nothing to ease the wait time. I ordered two mac & cheese kids meals, one steak Stroganoff and one Alfredo Monte Amore. The food was ready within minutes (which I thought was great). I live less than 5 minutes from them, so my ride home was short. By the time I got home the food was cold and all the noodles seemed mushy. The mac-n-cheese wasn't completely mixed. The cheese was sitting in the center on top of the bare noodles. The cheese sauce in my Alfredo and the stroganoff had a sour and old taste to it. We were starving after a long day out running errands, but neither one of us could stomach more than two bites of our food. After spending a little over $30 on our food here, I ended up...
