Wonderful experience. I own a 2010 Corvette and was worried that people would just cut wires and hack the job but this crew at this location really know their stuff. I went in uncertain of what exactly I wanted and the manager was absolutely awesome. He has nearly 20 years experience in all aspects of car and home audio. His crew as well have nearly 20 years experience so they all know what they are doing. Granted I got lucky on my timing as they had a free slot open right then so they got my car in, explained in detail what needed to be done and how I wanted certain things done, showed me the features and how to use the new system. The location of the place is great, nice neighborhood, clean and well taken care of. In addition to my experience, I would like to note that I witnessed many people coming in with question, or needs and watched how they interacted with everyone and I'll tell you these fellas that work here are "A" quality people and you can't go wrong dealing with people who are focused on helping you solve your needs. Installed Date: 08/15/2015 Installed Item: Kenwood DNX892 2-Din AV Navigation System with Bluetooth & HD Radio
Yes it is not the latest greatest for Android but it has built in Navigation as I do not trust Android Maps and GPS service to always work on my phone. Case in point my Samsung SIII would almost never get GPS so the phone built in navigation never functioned.
Love my new system.
Thank you to everyone at The Audio...

Long version: So there I was running around town taking care of some errands before my 2,000+ mile road trip.. my did my ipod stop playing? ah must be the cord.. after my next stop I turned the car on and no radio at all, no power, no lights. Can you imagine 6 days of driving with no tunes? I pulled out my headunit did some quick checks, power, fuses, all that was good. I'm a hardcore DIYer but I'm moving so all my tools are packed up. Hey wouldn't it be nice if I could just buy a newer model of what just died? Yup that's what the staff at Audio Connection helped me out with. Great customer service, was very thorough in checking the "new HU" took the same connector and pin-out as the dead one. I found something on the clearance table that might and the staff found a sweet little number that might work... after comparing the connector and pin-outs both HUs would work. That's service to me, they didn't really make any money off me other than sales but they did give me awesome service. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that needs car audio...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted a full install for my mazda 6, from 2 amplifiers (one for a sub and 1 for components) to all 11 speakers (minus the center channel). I went in to speak with Paul, who had another customer in front of me and couldn't speak with me (meanwhile the owner was walking around and seemingly free to talk). So I waited 20 minutes until I could, as he seemed to be the only person who would help me. After speaking with him, I informed him that I had most of all the audio components needed for the install, at which point he informed me I must speak with the owner. After waiting another 40 minutes after the owner became entangled with other customers (he was previously free when I initially walked in), I left, since he didn't even acknowledge my presence. They seemed to care well about the customers ahead of me, however an hour of waiting with no acknowledgement from the one person who could have helped me (the owner) is too much. They get 2 stars because it was the end of the night and I'm sure they had a long day, but after seeing the audio techs and the treatment I got from sales (which seemed like it was just "let me ask the boss" about every question I had) it was just the kick I needed to get me off my lazy but capable butt and just do...
